The Spirit of Modena is the people behind the Spirit
I met the owners of GhirlanGinA after finding their website by chance. I wanted to know where I could find their gin. I am from Modena (born), I was visiting Modena but, I live in the USA. They were extremely gracious and we met in their office. I guess they are the Spirit of Modena. They gave me 1 hour of their precious working time and I was fascinated by their story.
I tasted the GIN in their office (I am keeping the bottle closed, so I can take it with me) and I found it to be very good. It has character and should be drank with a tonic without any flavor.
Additionally I found the idea of the LED “cork” to be fantastic. Keep the bottle use it as a lamp.
