Great experience with the clinic. Their tattoo removal treatment which i got was great. Had also some small sessions for my acne scars and I’m very happy with the outcome. 10/10 recommend
I visited the clinic with mild acne on my cheeks, chin, and forehead and was advised to purchase a package of four laser sessions. Although I initially expressed concerns about affording their skincare products, I eventually felt pressured into buying those as well.
The first session was okay—there wasn’t a major improvement, but I noticed a slight change. However, the second session, which involved CO2 laser treatment and extractions, severely damaged my skin. I had concerns beforehand, as I still had active acne and understood CO2 lasers are typically used for scarring, but I was reassured it was appropriate.
This session was carried out by a different staff member who gave minimal explanation. The extractions were extremely painful, and I was visibly distressed throughout. The CO2 laser was performed immediately after, while my skin was already irritated and swollen, making the experience very traumatic, I was even shaking after.
I was given verbal aftercare instructions and asked to send updates. When I raised concerns the next day, I was told everything looked fine. Two days later, I insisted on a check-up, where it was confirmed my skin was infected, with painful, inflamed breakouts across my face.
I was blamed for not following aftercare properly, which felt unfair and accusatory. I followed the same routine as after my first session, and given how distressed I was post-treatment, I don’t feel the instructions were communicated clearly. Despite requesting a refund for the remaining sessions, none was provided. Instead, I was encouraged to continue treatment, but by then my trust was gone. My skin has never looked that bad, there were days when I refused to go outside and it heavly impacted my mental health.
I later saw a dermatologist, but nearly a year on, I’m still dealing with the aftermath. While my acne is now under control, I’ve been left with persistent redness and scarring.
Overall, communication at the clinic was poor. While they responded to questions, I often had to initiate them, and key information about the procedure, expected results, and aftercare wasn’t clearly explained. At a time when I was already in a vulnerable mental state, I felt they took no accountability and placed all the blame on me.
I did the picoway laser for pigmentation, very happy with the results.
I'm very happy with my hyperpigmentation laser results. I had a four treatment package and the results are amazing.
My face is glowing.
I had my tear trough treatment with Dr Ioannis at GHB Clinic last year and the results were amazing, my eyes looked so refreshed and rejuvenated. I was genuinely thrilled with the outcome. I returned yesterday for a top-up and only needed 0.5ml on each side to achieve that same fresh look again.
Very happy with the service and care at GHB Clinic. I can confidently say they are the best in London for tear trough fillers!
I had the Laser skin tightening treatment and I noticed a difference after just one session! My skin feels firmer and looks more youthful. Professional service and fantastic results, looking forward to my next session!

I did under eye treatment in Covent garden clinic with a lady but she was not a doctor.
At the spot was nice, but later the filler was migrated and instead of having nice look I had big bags looks awful.
Then after 2 months she asked me to come again, she tried to press it hard a d it was painful and not professional as the under eye area is very sensitive and you can't touch it so hard and it also didn't work as well . After few weeks I went and a doctor was at this time and he desolve it,and now I have more wrinkles and halls and he even desolve some of my under eye fat, each eye looks different . No one can control such action.
I asked them to refund me my money back, as I have paid £500 and under my eyes have been Damaged, and they did not accept to give me anything back.
They should give me my money back, if they are genuine clinic, not only taking money and doesn't care about there customers

Had injections for facial hyperhidrosis. Paid £330 and followed instructions very precisely including taking the rest of the day off work so I didn't have to look down at all. Hasn't improved my symptoms and has made my top lip partially numb so drinking is hard for me. Lady doing injections smelt of smoke both times, she had obviously just had a cigarette before my appointment which is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.
