I had a very short meeting with Ajay as it was just about getting review on a property we are planning to buy.

Not only Ajay gave a very detailed insight, he also gave some points that i should validate. I went in this meeting well prepared with all the details, documents & questions handy it helped the conversation a lot.

Ajay was really helpful from the time of starting the first consultation to the purchase of the apartment. Ghar in Germany not just gave a loan consultation but also was with me through all stages of the process to buy the apartment and after. There in no charge for their consultation to the customer, the bank pays their fees when the loan is taken through them.
I will list out a few things which comes up my mind:
They have a good system where we can upload all our documents which are safely stored in a server in Germany.
They checked all the documents and looked for any red flags in the property.
They checked in the database (which banks use) with their access if the quoted price of the apartment was okay.
They were in contact with the real estate broker on my behalf for missing documents making things easier for me.
We had multiple sessions where Ajay showed the interest rates and loan repayment rates the different banks in their database were offering for the property.
Ajay was talking to the banks to get the loan approved.
Ajay was accessible and replied to queries promptly.
We had separate sessions where Ajay went through and explained the loan contract and the purchase contract.
Also suggested mentioning the building and land price separately in the contract so as to make it easy for tax filing later on.
Ajay was suggested how to decide on what kind of rent agreement would be appropriate.

To summarise Ghar in Germany offers more than just loan consultation and that is what makes them stand out. The support they offer is really helpful for people with less experience and purchasing their first few properties in Germany. They also offers consultation and explanation in English which is a big plus point for expats who are not well versed in German language or are on Germany and are planning to buy real estate.

I trusted this company to help me get financing for the house. There were many red signals given since the beginning, but I ignored them, trusting these guys.
