Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, new customers do not waste your money on express shipping as they do not deliver. My express shipment took weeks and then wouldn’t refund my express delivery payment. I would not recommend their online service actually terrible.

Could not purchase a gift card which

Could not purchase a gift card which, no doubt, was a glitch (read gremlin) in the system. Unfortunately it needed to happen that day so sourced an alternate retailer. Contact to Ghanda was not helpful as suggested a fault in my system which was definitely not the case.

Zero Support!

Just like every other customer I didn’t receive my over $400 purchase for Christmas, was offered a credit. The stores also didn’t have the stock so purchased a couple of items on the promise I could get a refund on the remainder of the credit. Turns out Ghanda can’t give refunds on already used credit vouchers. There’s just nothing they can do to assist. You are forced to spend the remainder of your money on a brand that can’t even look after their long standing valued customers. Poor effort from the ecommerce side of the business and the customer support team that takes three weeks to reply and when they finally do there’s zero support. A special mention to Emma the Customer support manager who offered zero customer support. If only you had a look at how well your retail staff look after their customers maybe they need to train the customer service management team!

Better quality control needed

I am a fan of Ghanda but the latest Fliw tanks I bought were very poorly cut around the arm hole. They need much better quality control so they don’t send out badly made items. Then I have to go through the annoying process of returning

Lack of support and communication

This is a long review sorry… but overall I have trusted Ghanda for years and love their products! Though we have had a massive issue with an order we placed back in November. Much like a lot of these reviews… We ordered on the 24th of November hoping as it is an Australian brand, we would receive it well before Christmas. (And have had no issues in the past)

It definitely did not show up and I sent an email wondering where it was and simply got a generic reply saying my order would be dispatched in the next few business days and that the HQ was up and running again. (3rd of December)
It was not dispatched and I had no notifications about my order/shipping throughout December.

I had to email them again hoping to find something out about our order despite the date (23rd of December) and they did not reply until the 9th of January. (By this point someone missed out on half their Christmas presents)

They replied by claiming it wasn't their fault and that our order had been shipped on the 28th of November which does not match the timeframe above and what they had said. They also claimed that the currier had lost our parcel and provided us with different options for a refund and shipping.

I had to email them twice to ask where our notification of shipping was since I had waited the 3 days with nothing. They replied finally on the 16th of January saying that 3 of our items were out of stock, which was super frustrating. So we got our refund for those.

And finally, a real shipping label was created (I had almost been scammed by a fake one at this point) and we received what was left of our order on the 22nd of January.
The quality of everything was good, we just didn’t receive one item that was still in stock but today have been notified of a refund for that item.

This experience is just so frustrating and the constant waiting without support really turned me away from this brand. I don't think waiting 59 days should be a normal thing for an order, and it was scary due to the amount of money we spent. I do love the brand though and I’m hoping they can sort everything out without any issues in the future!

Feedback on Content Collaboration and Inclusivity

I’ve always had polite interactions with Ghanda’s Customer Service, but I want to share some context about my experience as a content creator.

As a creator, I regularly submit content and understand that not everything can be promoted, given the volume of submissions. That said, I believe my work is strong and worthy of consideration, having been promoted by brands like Natv Basics, Moana Bikini, The Salty Blonde, Treeoflife, Gardenbelleshop, and more.

I’ve previously requested constructive feedback to help me grow, but unfortunately, this wasn’t addressed. This has been discouraging, as my submissions rarely seem promoted or engaged with. It seems promotion is based on fitting a specific stereotype, which limits broader representation.

While I value Ghanda’s focus on sustainability, the brand’s online presence doesn’t always reflect the diverse community that wears and supports their products. Inclusivity should be a baseline for any brand that values authentic engagement.

I share this feedback in the hope it encourages better communication and genuinely inclusive collaboration moving forward.

Poor online process

Poor online process, took over 3 weeks to get delivery date info. Never again. Do yourselves a favor buy elsewhere. Constant emails sent requesting delivery date, with constant push back. Poor customer service. Avoid it’s not worth it.

Truly awful customer service

Truly awful customer service. Picked up the wrong size baby dungarees in store by mistake. They still had them in store at the same price but staff said you couldn’t swap them (wasn’t told at time of sale it was no exchange). Emailed customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do and they don’t train their staff to say it’s no exchange or refund because it’s on their website. Definitely wouldn’t shop there again out of principle

Horrible service

Stained t-shirt delivered and no one in Customer Service responds

Ordered before Xmas and wasn’t expecting it to arrive beforehand however didn’t think it would take over 3 weeks only to arrive with one of the t-shirt stained.
Have sent 4 emails, 3 of which were sent after I received a response from

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and No Updates

I truly regret not checking the reviews before ordering. I placed an order on December 28th, and three weeks later, I still have no news. I have reached out multiple times via phone, email, and Instagram to get an update, especially since I am moving out of my apartment at the end of this week. Unfortunately, the customer service has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I do not recommend this shop at all.

Disappointed in shipping

I ordered several swimwear items from Ghanda and according to the website, it was expected to arrive no more than 7 business days later. This order was specifically for my holiday that I will go on in 2 days and yet my package has still not arrived. It has been 3 weeks and I have called Ghanda multiple times where they stated that it will come in a day or two. The package is still no where to be seen. Very disappointed and going on my holiday with no swimwear.
