If I could proceed with Zero stars I would. This company is a total SCAM! They took my money with no intention of fulfilling the order and it's been months without receiving the product. I've emailed them several times and I all they ever say is they'll look into it. I didn't know how since people sleep at night, knowing they're taking from others.

These patches do not work these GLP one patches from this company does not work. I have gained weight. I’ve been using them for over a month. I should’ve lost plenty of weight by now. I’ve not lost any weight at all. I have gained like 10 pounds.

I ordered what was shown in the advertisement as a Peter Thomas Roth undereye product. I got the "deal" for 2 units. It took over 6 weeks to arrive. Then, no matter what, the product did not work at all.
They said they would issue a refund, but haven't. I'm so angry with myself for falling for the scam. The product was highly advertised on IG and FB. Total SCAM

This is basically a complete rip off- uses images and video from real companies. Their products literally do nothing. Trying to send them back is a huge process, designed to make you give up. First they offer you $7 refund and you can keep their useless product. When you refuse they double the offer. When you refuse that they then pretend that they can’t refund the whole amount or accept the product back ; unless you give them a tracking number, they will not give you their address. Only when I researched then threatened to contact the Chinese Market Registration government branch did they begin to take me seriously. I had to point out that the tracking number is only given when a post package is purchased. They still tried to delay. I then said I had collected all of their emails and mine and was about to send them all to the relevant authorities. They then sent me their return address. This was 6 weeks ago, they keep claiming they have sent the refund but nothing has been sent. I have now asked for an electronic receipt to prove this. Nothing so far…..
If I could give them a zero rating I would. At least I have their address so that’s something. What a saga!!! Avoid!!!

If you listen to social media video, the girl is taking about Tarte cosmetics product and her link on TikTok Shop. These scammers steal the videos and put up THEIR link. There are other companies who are just as scandalous as this one. I learned the hard way! And they don’t refund either. Buyer beware! Always listen carefully to the person in the video and they will ALWAYS reference a known product. Usually Tarte or some other well known brand in hopes the buyer won’t notice! I have reported but nothing ever gets done. It’s a damn shame that even when reported for fraud sites, they are allowed to keep taking our money.

I just read several reviews regarding GGV Lab also known as YH Shop. I had the same issues and non-responsiveness, the same ridiculous "refund" of $6, then eventually suggesting a "refund" of $8, both of which I declined as absurd. Tracking numbers that don't work. Still no product, and I ordered and paid on October 26, 2025 (today is November 19, 2025). They also claimed I would have to sign for the delivery, which they claimed was signed for on November 10, 2025, but they can't provide any information on who supposedly signed, considering I was home all day and night on 11/10/25. They are a complete SCAM and taking money for nothing. They should be blocked from ever selling anything.

Absolute scam. Purchased the items and they don’t work as advertised. Trying to get a refund and they just give the complete run around trying to offer you a $7 refund to keep the items. Back and forth in email wasting time and not supplying a returns address. Will be escalating to fair trading

No one buy from GGVlabs they are fraud they say they sent you out the package and it’s still in China and they charge you with American dollars no matter where you are in the world you have been advised. Do not buy from this company. They’re on Shop and Shopify.

I have sent emails and emails with no real answers, the phone number is a non working number. They sent a "Tracking Number" that when you click on it goes to some China crap. I would like my money back but, I am afraid I will have to chalk it up to lesson learned. I ordered my stuff 5 days ago and still waiting to see if it will actually come. If I could rate a zero I would. Scam website. They used the Peter Roth eye cream in the advertisement and then send you a fake product from china. Costs more to send back than what you pay.

Horrible company! False advertising stating product will do something that it does not. Will not refund your money at all!

This is a scam. I ordered over a month ago, have continually gone back-and-forth with emails trying to get my refund. I have not received my package. The tracking they provided is really weird. I’ve never even heard of 17 track. Looking at other reviews it looks like this has been an ongoing scam, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to my bank. Don’t waste your time and money.

I recently wrote a review on ggvtrend.com regarding 2 tubes of Peter Thomas Roth eye tightener I ordered. I wrote this company is a scam. And, it is! Just to follow up....I used Shop Pay to pay for this order and paid 1/2 of what I owed the day I ordered. I begin a dispute with Affirm, the billing company for shop pay, and just heard from them that they are refunding my money for my first payment. I refused to pay the second. It gives me great pleasure that this SCAM company in China that refused to refund my money were reported and found out. I noticed today ggvtrend has changed their name to ggv(something else)! BEWARE - do not buy anything from these people1

This company is a scam. I’ve contacted the company several times via email to obtain a refund since I have not received my product. I ordered an item over 45 days ago and have yet to receive my package. I keep getting the runaround after requesting for a refund. Please do not order from this company. First time and last time ordering anything from this so-called company.

I purchased 6 packs in August. Only 3 have shown up. I used 2 patches in the last 2 days. This morning I found what appears to be blisters that popped during the night where the patches were.

SCAM!!! 4 WEEKS AGO I ORDERED GLP 1 PATCHES. TRACKING # IS FAKE. NO EAY TO CONTSXT BESIDES EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE . I PAID FOR 3 PACKS I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING . EISJ WE COULD CLOSE THEM DOWN DO URSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Have been waiting for 21 days now for my order. After seeing other reviews I believe I'll just issue a charge back on my card. Pretty sure this company is a scam.
