Worst experience ever. Waiting forever for my order. Could have ordered from Amazon and had in 3 days. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I see others got taken for a ride too. I ordered a spiderman on the skateboard..the parcel arrived 2 months later, battered and taped up, like it was second hand and it was Captain America with bits out of his face..
I also ordered the remote control dinosaur. Size wise the dinosaur is nothing like the advertised video and the remote that is shown, has the body parts of a dinosaur on it ( I thought that was pretty cool and my grandson would be able to use it easily).. is just a boring everyday black remote.

Biggest SCAM company ever. Do NOT buy. I ordered 3 stunt scooters-2 Spider-Man, 1 Batman. After 2 months I received 3 completely BATTERED boxes, all 3 Spider-Man. Out of the 3, only 1 works. There’s no on/off switch so to turn off you must remove a battery. I’ve learned my lesson to NEVER order a thing off FB again. If it looks too cute & inexpensive to be true, it’s a piece of crap from China.

All it says is it was shipped

THE WORST ONLINE SHOP I EVER TRIED
I ordered a personalized lamp with spotify code. I am completely dissatisfied for several reasons:
1) The product should have arrived around 11-12 JUNE but it arrived on 25 JUNE
2) On the website it was specified that the dimensions of the lamp were 22x14 cm, while the lamp that arrived is 15x10 cm.
3) The back of the lamp had several scratches, very visible and marked when the lamp is on.
After numerous return of emails no response from them i go on the facebook and did research and i found this help which is eight four five

I purchased the moon lamp fon march 2021. I ordered it in march It still isn't here june 2021). I paid extra for expedited shipping. They did not send it through that process. Instead, they kept my money (about $100) and sent it through regular mail.i went online and did investigation on this company and i found their refund department help dial which is760284

6 weeks and I haven’t got my product yet and when I don’t want it anymore. That don’t want to refund. They kept saying item is delivered and almost to you for 2 weeks now and I haven’t got the item

I ordered a wallet in may to get it before fathers day and till this day nothing tried getting in contact with them that its in the post office waiting to come to my country.. they dont want to refund me back

they offer no communication. claim order was sent to post and is "out of their control". completely unacceptable.

Please be ware of this scam site. I brought items after seeing an ad on TikTok. Mistake number one! There is NO customer service number and when you email you get a person who replies rudely and with broken English! Do not spend your money with them. There are at least ten other sites peddling the Exact same products! I paid nearly $100 for two key chains including $25 for rush shipping and it’s been a month no items and when I requested a refund for expedited shipping they never respond.
