Banned right after their GTA$ boosting service;useless “support” and zero accountability
I paid GGmarket for a boosting service to add $50 million GTA$ to my GTA Online account. I followed every single instruction they gave me carefully and properly.
Shortly after the service finished I was banned by Rockstar Games and suspended from GTA Online until August 1st, 2026. I hadn’t even spent any of the GTA$ yet. This is now the third time I’ve been banned after using boosting services.
I immediately contacted their Support Manager on Discord and sent them the ban screenshot. They replied politely at first but were completely unhelpful when it came to actually solving the problem. They said they cannot restore banned accounts, cannot replace GTA$ on a banned account, and cannot give any compensation or a free replacement account, everything is “outside of their control.” The only thing they offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase if I created a brand new account.
I told them I already had to make a new account after the previous ban and I’m not interested in paying them again just to risk getting banned a third time. Their response was basically “that’s the risk you take when boosting.” They kept repeating their policy instead of trying to help.

You state that this was already the third time you had received a ban after using boosting services. This clearly shows that your account had an extensive history of using similar services, making it impossible to attribute the suspension to any single provider.
We have never claimed that any boosting service can guarantee immunity from Rockstar's anti-cheat systems. Like every reputable provider, we clearly explain that account actions are ultimately controlled by Rockstar, not by us.
Our support team reviewed your case and responded in accordance with our published policies. While we understand your disappointment, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond our control or verify claims that cannot be objectively linked to our service.
We always strive to help our customers whenever possible, but we cannot agree with statements that misrepresent the situation or ignore the broader history of the account.
