I have had a quite bad experience with GG.BET recently. After being a regular user, I requested a withdrawal of my funds (2 transactions). Instead of processing it, they are delaying my payouts citing 'internal checks' under rule 8.3.1.
When I contacted support, they just kept sending me copy-paste responses, refusing to provide any timeframe or concrete reason for the delay. It’s clear they are using stalling tactics to make players cancel their withdrawals and lose the money by playing more.
I have already submitted formal complaints to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and AskGamblers. They don't seem to care much about their players' time or money. If you value your funds, be cautious and dont deposit substanstial amount on money. I am still waiting for my money to be released.
