The VIP is really cheap and definitely not a scam. However, even though they say 'If you have any questions or need help, please do not hesitate to contact us,' I never got any reply. The support feels a bit unfriendly and unresponsive - I didn't receive any actual help. It seems like they only respond to VIP activation requests.
