Company is horrible. First time ordering. It's been two weeks and my order still hasn't been fulfilled. It's not a pre-order or anything like that. Sent multiple emails and have only gotten auto bot replies. I've opened a report with PayPal since the company refused to communicate.

Love the flavors, the looks, the designs. What I don't love, pre ordering items and having to wait extra months after release because they took more orders than they can handle, what I don't love? All the discounts they give you for the many many faults on their end ONLY works for more tubs or kits, no other merchandise. Sometimes people have enough tubs and would like other product.

I ordered from this company and followed the tracking. It was updated as being delivered to my city, and then "Out for Delivery." Then 10 days went by and it hasn't been updated since. When an item is "Out for Delivery" from the local depot, it is always same day or next day delivered. It is clearly missing now, but G-Fuel support won't do anything to contact the courier.

My order never arrived because it got sent back without any explaination. After countless tries to contact support with either automatic reponses or vague answer that i’ll get money back minus shipping, i’ve never seen a cent. Lost ~130€, never got my product and noone is trying to help at costumer support. 0/10 would'nt recommend.

The powders are very good (but very expensive regarding the hydration formula) and the shipping is usually reliable, until you need their support.
Support requests get a very low priority once they got your money.
They send me the wrong stuff, but charged me full price. I contacted support, they said they will get back to me once they checked their CCTV, but I never heard back. Had to open a case on Paypal once they stoped ignoring my follow up Emails.
Customers abroad, be careful.

Product is okay, but I never ever had a response from customer service on my questions about a certain flavor that got removed or why my reward points went from 450 to 0.

I've been using them for over 2yrs as an alternative to energy drinks as well as soda--and I'll use them til the end of time! Phenomenal flavors, collaborations, and deals all around is what keeps me coming back to this company over and over.

Does not respond. I ordered start November, and still I have not heard from them. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with them but no response.

Wrote them two messages, one through their email and one through the website. In addition, called customer service number listed and no one picks up, the only response you get is from their answering machine.

Love their product but I will not be placing an order though their website again.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order January 7th,11 days ago. I have emailed 3 times and attempted Facebook chat 3 times.I haven't received any reply. I spent $9 for shipping on a $70 order. Camt belive how bad the customer service is. Buyer Beware!!!

Great customer service! Also easy to shop at the website, and every time I look there's always new flavours I've never seen. I've recently bought a hornets Shackercup 5 packs of flavours and a sour blue chug rug and they were amazing. They even made my order quick and got it ready to be delivered even tho it was Christmas time, and it was quick within a week and i live on the otherside of the globe. I've got nothing bad to say about it, and I'm even thinking about buying soon again

I placed an order shipping it to the UK to give the brand a try after seeing mass amounts of marketing. Wish I never, the order has still not arrived after 10 working days. The customer service is none existent and aren't replying.
The courier they have used cannot be tracked and has been out for delivery for days, they advise me to get in touch with Gfuel.
I used Amazon pay for the order and when I get in touch through them, I also get an update that Amazon cannot reach them as their messages are undeliverable.

Open a payment dispute with your bank or card provider to get a refund. This company will not respond to your query if your chasing an order that has not arrived. I received my money back after 24 hours after opening the dispute.

GFuel is great. I've ordered from them a multitude of times. The shipping is fast and responsive, the flavors are delicious and mix well 95% of the time, and the prices aren't bad, especially when bogos are on. Additionally, the shaker cups are really nice and hold up as long as you hand wash them (No dishwashers!). The only reason they lose a star is the shipping prices. I live in Canada. I know this is also a problem for Australia and Japan. Shipping costs actively deter me from buying the product sometimes. I find that shipping is regularly 40$ CAD or more. While the end price of the drink does make it more bearable, it hurts a little paying as much as I do to get it here.

Additionally, while I am on the negatives, I hope you didn't want to try a canned flavor outside the USA. For me, they are like 6-7$+ and super hard to find. It's hard to understand seeing as the company has distribution deals with GNC and Walmart, and yet refuses to stock them here.

My last nitpick is not to expect any more from this product than a caffiene hit. Don't get me wrong its great, and I love the flavors and the hit it delivers, but if you're trying to buy this as a pre-workout or a nootropic blend, do not. The amino dosage among other things is garbage and too low to do anything. This is a solid refreshing drink best enjoyed after the gym, not before.

I still really enjoy this product despite my few caveats and would strongly recommend it to others. The Nemesis Ice Tea is for sure the best flavor.

With the BOGO deal i couldn't look at descriptions of the energy tubs, the cart would not work for me without queuing up more Gfuel and on one of my previous orders i was seeing a fairly significant price difference from browser to mobile similar to how some airlines and air bnb price gouge you on flights or rental units that your looked at multiple times. I really enjoy your product (aside from a few flavors) but issues with the website and price gouging on products i have looked at is pretty scummy.

I’ve waited 3 months for my package to be delivered now. I’ve in the meantime contacted G fuel three times about my package and the supplier one time. The supplier told me to contact G fuel again, and that still wasn’t any help. I’ve never experienced such terrible service. It’s absolutely insane. I do not recommend buying this if you are from EU. Unless you have A LOT of patience…
