The hassle of Monthly Refills!!

It is difficult to get refills monthly if your insurance will pay for your medication. Their website experiences difficulties all the time and says “Whoops refresh the page” over and over. If you call the Customer Service line you have to pick the correct option of the day/night - usually the one option that works only is for New Patients (wonder why). For all other options when choosing you are put on an eternal hold or an eternal loop of the same message.
My guess is they do not make enough Money on insurance paid customers to even fool with them. And the money is made in the compounding….
Good luck!
And the email address given to help isn’t even valid - all you can do is laugh at the chaos!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is impossible to cancel membership! I had to close my bank account so I wouldn't be charged anymore. Originally I signed up because I was looking for prices, I did not want a membership. They automatically withdraw your money and they don't send any emails or texts to let you know they are doing this. They have charged me over $700 already!!! and I have not used a single product or service from them. This is THE WORST SCAM I have ever been a victim of. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Prescribed medication I AM ALLERGIC TO

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Zealthy. Not once, but twice, I was prescribed medication that I am allergic to, despite clearly listing my allergies in the intake questionnaire. It’s obvious the provider didn’t even bother to read it.

Customer support is completely useless. Each time, I had to spend nearly a month calling and messaging through their portal just to get any kind of response. On three separate occasions, the provider never followed up at all.

This is not just poor service. It’s unsafe and negligent. Between the lack of communication, careless prescribing, and nonexistent support, this has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

I keep asking about one medication and…

I keep asking about one medication and they reply on another one. They sent me a link to look at the info for a deliver but was not working said server cant be found. When I told them this they just sent another link and had same issue

This company charges excessive prices…

This company charges excessive prices for Tirzipitide. The $39 is enrollment fee. The medication is $399 month. Very difficult to cancel too have not received refund. I only filled out questionnaire and did not request the enrollment or medication. Total scam

They made it very easy. My prescription was approved in one day and they communicated with me every step of the way to keep me informed.

Yea… I don’t know about Zealthy

This is my second time trying to give Zealthy a chance. The first time it was really hard to get someone to explain to me exactly how to take my dosage. I finally figured it out, but was sick because I misunderstood the instructions and no one reached out in time to help. I tried to come back And they charged me two times for my subscription. And when I tried to get my same prescription, they switched it to a different one charging $500 more than I was originally priced. Then when I tried to call customer service, I was hung up on three different times.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I wish I had read the reviews before I logged on to that god awful website. They are liars and cheats!! Fraudulent and deceptive marketing is the name of their game. They fraudulently deceive you into thinking they will prescribe you brand name Zepbound GLP-1 medication, but they were NEVER going to prescribe it to you. The website is completely dishonest! I signed up believing I would receive the medications for $151 per month, but when you actually go to pay, the cost exceeds $600 for three months. On top of that, they are liars! Just like another person experienced, they charged $39 for an evaluation, but NO evaluation is actually performed!!

The site tricks people into making purchases without providing any way to cancel and when I did cancel within 5 minutes of realizing the deceit they won't refund my money! There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company so that it can be shut down completely.

AM RX has been wonderful in staying in contact and checking my progress. I just finished the first 4 weeks (5 units per week), and I'm surprised that I went from 230 to 226! Weeks 5 thru 8 I will increase it to 10 units and I cannot wait to see what happens! I was a little nervous about giving myself an injection, however, AM RX tutorials made it much easier and there is no pain with the injections for me. Happy, happy, patient!
