I bought domains on 08/08/22 and made a completed payment, but until now domain still PENDING and unregistered not already in my dashboard! really suck service and it's scam

i have made a payment, but domain still not appear in my dashboard, i tried to contact them via call, first i contact use their indonesian number and the number has been unregistred, also i contact them using their australian number, but i got someone like maybe private call, and hang up the call, turn off their phone, and never get any touch again with them, i hope someone can delete this SCAMMER WEBSITE

really poor service
really poor service. I bought two domains in early January, got processed in a couple of days. My account was fine until I tried to buy their hosting service as I needed to deploy a website on one of my domain. The payment didnt go through but my account was disabled for some reason. I contacted them a few times via emails and their Contact Us form. Still waiting for their response since early Feb.

Highly NOT recommended, possible domain stealing scam.
Transferred one of our domain to them, and the process took ages. Tommy which is the ONE and ONLY representative only responded to our query once, then silent for a week. Today he came back to me not updating that my domain transfer has been successful, but telling us that our domain is hosting child porn, and now they blocked our login. So my domain status is jeopardised.
We're currently working with 1api.net which is their provider to get my domain back.
