person responding understood my issue said it would be forwarded to tech department.
also said I would receive RMA and refund.
I am so disappointed. We are a retired elderly couple on a small pension. For us, this was a sizable expense. I bought 3 of these to give one to my husband for his 86th birthday, and two to the elderly orphans of a local long-term care facility, very lonely dying old people in their last months of life. They are so sad and lonely, I thought this would bring them a little light and company in their last days. Instead, I received a cheap, ugly, tiny thing made in China. On batteries, no AI at all, that does nothing but this annoying bark and some wiggle. Would cost no more than 2 dollars in any dollar store, not $30. Whoever is behind this scam, I hope you feel very proud of yourselves. What a world.

To getWuffy.
I just emailed you the photos of the low quality battery toy I received, plus the proof of payment and the link to your website from where I bought these.
Your website shows and promises a gorgeous and lovable AI toy with a recharge USB port, not a battery box.
To be completely honest, after the attempt of sending your customers a cheap inferior product, and after inflicting this humiliating and disappointing experience on a couple of low-income seniors, do not add insult to injury by offering a 25% partial refund in the amount I paid, while you look into the fact that you did send us 3 low-quality toys.
You know in your conscience that your customers should not pay 75% of $100 for three of these $2-dollar low quality toys I received.
No $25 refund in the world is worth your moral conscience and my dignity.
Have the courage and adroitness of owning your own mistakes.
If there is any goodwill in you still, redress your injustice and refund me in full. That's the minimum you can do, to say the least.
Or prove me wrong, and send me the 3 AI gorgeous puppies you advertise in your website, and for which I paid for, in the amount you ask in your website.
I will come back to Trustpilot to report what measures you have taken to correct this.

You know in your conscience that your offer of 45% ($34.53) of the total order value of $100, that I may retain the items, and not be required to cover the shipping costs adds nothing to this issue but more insult.

You know in your conscience that your offer of 70% of the total order value of $100, that I may retain the items, and not be required to cover the shipping costs adds nothing to this issue but more insult.
Third update on 01/04/2026
Scammers tried one last "tough" email telling me to ship the fake cheap toys to them on my own expenses within 30 days. I responded I didn't expect anything else from scammers and would elevate the issue to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. I challenged them one last time to either refund me in full or send me the AI toys they advertised. They refunded me in full today, April 1st, 2026. No evidence of an AI toy. Do not fall for this scam.

The refund guy on phone was helpful
What a con. The video is down right misleading. DO NOT BUY this dog. This company should be prosecuted.

I am not sure why I must complete a survey before getting the return instructions. This seems odd to me.
They emailed me promptly and answered all my questions

As previously discussed with Victor and following a part refund of the order, to say I am disappointed with the product is an understatement- I am appalled with the blatant misrepresentation between advertising and product.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
As described
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
I have already received a part refund (after I put a charge back claim on my credit card) for the extra dog that was added too my order after I had clicked the pay now button, but I think it’s fair to say if you really want a similar type dog buy it from Temu.

I received the parcel today and the box is completely broken with loads of tape around the box. I ordered 1 online and they charge me for 3. I now want to return this parcel as so disappointed. Where to send it and what is the number of the customer service plz?

Wuffy is one of the biggest scams I have seen.
There is no resemblance to the product advertised to the one received.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY'S MISLEADING ADVERTISING!

When I received the items, they were nothing like I was expecting. The videos on line showed them doing much much more than what they actually did. I was extremely disappointed.

Really awful product that took ages to arrive & nothing like the advertised product.

The product is junk. The commercials are lies. Do not buy one!!! They're pure junk. They should be ashamed.

Wuffy made the purchase easy, even keeping me updated where my purchase was. However, when I gave it to my wife, she told me that it was not what she wanted. She was looking for something more realistic. This one sounded mechanical, she said.
