Undelivered Service and Non-Responsive Support - Avoid This Company
I contracted GetWendi to implement an AI voice chat system for my medical practice website in July 2025. Despite paying $2,152.80 on July 17th, 2025, the service has not been delivered as promised, and it has now been over two months without any meaningful progress.
My primary contact was Maximillian Jaffe, who presented himself as helping the set up with GetWendi. After the initial setup discussions and payment processing, communication completely broke down. The AI voice chat system was never properly configured according to my specifications, leaving my practice without the automated patient communication tools we desperately needed.
I have made numerous attempts to reach the company through their customer portal support system, submitting multiple service requests through the GetWendi dashboard. Unfortunately, none of these requests have received any response whatsoever. There appears to be no reliable way to contact their support team for technical issues or account concerns.
The lack of communication is particularly concerning given the substantial investment made in this service. When a company takes payment but fails to deliver the promised product and then becomes completely unresponsive to customer inquiries, it raises serious questions about their business practices and reliability.
For healthcare providers considering GetWendi, I would strongly recommend exploring alternative solutions. The combination of undelivered services, non-responsive support, and lack of accountability makes this a risky choice for any practice dependent on reliable patient communication systems.
I am currently pursuing a refund through my credit card company due to the non-delivery of services and considering reporting this experience to the Better Business Bureau.
