I have used the Vital + cold plunge everyday since it arrived and it’s now part of my daily routine. It’s so simple to assemble and I can’t praise it enough! I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Since using, my sleep has improved immensely.

Great SaunaPod Infrared
Fantastic home addition, so good to unwind in it with all the benefit's, easily heats up to a steady 65C which gets a really good sweat on for the 20 minute session , the lights are also a good feature within.
Highly recommend, quality product.

Great product and customer service
We've had our cold plunge since last year and it's part of our regular routine. Our chiller failed early on and customer service mailed another very quickly (to Hawaii). I've also made some suggestions on possible improvements that were well received by their staff. We love the product (especially my 71 year-old back) and the way they do business.

Amazing Company …
This company is customer service driven! Although there was an issues with my cold plunge, Vital+ took care of the defect and replaced my tub….. twice!! I’m extremely satisfied with their product and will continue to do business with them. A+++++!

I’m loving my cold plunge
I’m loving my cold plunge for post workout recovery and hip/sacrum/nerve issues. I was fortunate enough to be able to use my HSA due to my chronic injuries. I purchased the Ice Bath Pro + Ultra X2 Chiller, which I have set up on our covered patio. It takes several hours to cool to 55 degrees (in ambient temperature of 85) and for the price I wish it would cool faster. I have it connected to the app to begin cooling it remotely which is convenient. The X2 chiller is not waterproof (make sure is far enough under a patio) so I elevated it on a metal stand, in case water gets on the patio. I’m unsure how it will do over the summertime. What I would suggest to the manufacturer is to put the drain plug on the front. Since the chiller is not waterproof, it would make more sense to be able to drain it in front away from the chiller. The drain plug is also about 3” from the bottom so it doesn’t drain completely and you have to turn it over to get all the water out. Overall this is a quality product that I would recommend.

You're not the first to raise the drain positioning, and it's something we're actively looking at. On cooling time, at 85°F ambient, the X2 is working hard, so a few hours to reach 55°F is within the expected range, but we hear you that faster would be better.

Great customer service!
I am a previous Vital+ customer having purchased an ice bath before. I recently made a purchase in error and the service in response to this has been impeccable. They followed up on the mistake and rectified by cancelling where they could and even supplying me with a return docket for part of the order that arrived very quickly. Great product and even better user support
The product arrive earlier than expected but one of the packages with some part was missing. Contacted user support and Bern was fantastic. Stayed on top of the issue, kept me informed regularly of the progress and within a bit over one week I got all the missing parts.
Once I had everything, set up was really easy.
I got the inflatable bath and the materials look good quality and resistant.
Very happy with the purchase so far.

The whole experience with Vital was excellent, when i had a query or question they answered straight away, i also asked for advice on aftercare and maintenance products for my ice bath and the replies were excellent and informative, and when my ice bath came it was as they said it would be easy to set up and is working great.

Good quality product and service
This is a great product that is very sturdy. The shipping and delivery was Great.
Only comment is about the instructions that say the filter cap should be finger tight, but ships with a tool to make it very tight. It leaks if you don't make use it and make it tight enough!

On the inflation, it's worth checking that the valve is fully locked into place, as this is often the cause when a tub loses pressure over time. If it continues after that, please reach out to our support team, and we'll get it looked into for you.
Another great callout we don't currently sell covers, but it's a great idea for our customers who don't have undercover access. We'd recommend keeping the tub out of direct sunlight where possible, as prolonged sun exposure can affect the material over time. The lid will help with that, too.
