Used to work for these cow boys and I can honestly say they don’t care about clients they will take your money and not provide the service promised. They Employ staff from overseas so they can pay low wages they pay staff to help get good reviews they show no respect to clients or people that really matter don’t waste your money

Avoid investing here - you will lose your money!

Do not invest with this company. They do not care about you and your investment with them. I am down £1000s since investing with them. They preach about transparency, when I have received none of that since signing up with them. You are safer investing elsewhere than with this company. They benefit heavily with you investing with them, but yourself, as the investor, will lose out on so much more. Make sure to screen record your calls for future reference, as they informed me that I would get a profit margin on a monthly basis with their social housing investment, but instead, I have lost £1000s.

Avoid this company, very disatisfied

If you’re a new investor looking to grow your money, AVOID THIS COMPANY! Kim Roesstorff is quite an unresponsive property manager, especially when I flagged that I am missing payments from them. I have been with them as an investor since 2023 and have not been impressed with their service over the last year or so. Getting started with them was decent at the beginning but complications arose which made the experience become appalling overtime. So, I was not surprised that when things took a nosedive, such as how I’ve not received any rental income since July 2025 from the property they manage in Liverpool City. They said as well that the electricity bills would be paid by the service provider and I’m still footing the bill!!! I’ve received no update as to why there’s a delay in what I am owed either. Honestly, this investment has felt like a money pit. You’re better off investing elsewhere to make your money grow, and not companies that oversell “easy” investment opportunities they can’t deliver. If something is too good to be true, it usually is like “Getting Started in Property.” If you do invest with them as a beginner, you’ll just learn a lot of cons, rather than pros as a new investor unfortunately. Save yourself from the dissatisfaction and invest elsewhere.

As with any investment, performance can fluctuate depending on market conditions. Short-term rental income in particular can be influenced by seasonality, booking demand, and wider market changes, which unfortunately sit outside of our direct control. Avoid this agency at all costs – the worst experience I’ve had in London

From the very first day I moved into one of their properties, it has been a complete nightmare. We were shouted at, treated with no respect, and even deprived of basic necessities for days. On top of that, they lied about the condition of the property – making it sound fine when in reality it was very old, falling apart, and nothing like what we were told.

Their management has been a disaster from day one. Every step was handled wrong, and instead of fixing things, they made the situation worse. Even after leaving that flat, the problems didn’t stop. The final inspection was not even done properly, and then I was told that “two parties confirmed” that a desk was missing (which I know is not true). There was no photo evidence, nothing – yet they decided to deduct money from my deposit anyway.

Now I’m forced to go through TDS just to fight for £100 that they unfairly withheld. That money may not sound like much to them, but I needed it to pay bills, and instead I’m left stressed and struggling because of how careless and unfair this agency is.

This whole experience has left me feeling mistreated, disrespected, and honestly even traumatized. Even their agents, has been unhelpful, dismissive, and part of why this was handled so badly. The agency as a whole showed zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero care for their tenants.

I would never recommend this agency to anyone. If anything, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others – because no one deserves to go through what I did.

Sky high rent - payments not enough to cover everything most months - false promises

Lies and sold the dream, and you’re left to pick up the pieces afterwards

Margins added on to things which you shouldn’t even be paying for - pure greed

Great service

Great service

Liv found tenants for me very quickly and was very helpful and friendly from the start. She did background affordability and reference checks on my tenants and I was really pleased with the tenants she found - they were a great fit for my place and I really trust them to look after the place for me whilst I’m renting. Liv was always on hand if I needed anything - thanks again :)

Con Artists! Beware!

Can never get through to anyone, lack of transparancy, if youre investing dont bother doing any due diligence, you'll see plenty of red flags from the get go.
