Rent income
Hi, everything seemed to be fine with the app, one question I don’t understand is that after a few months it seems that I get the rent in my wallet but it by bank account the same amount seems to be taken , can you explain me this?

Hi Dimitris, rental income gets credited to your Stake wallet, and then you can withdraw it to your bank account. If you're facing any issues with this process, please reach out our team for further assistance. Your bank account will not get charged after your initial investment.

Investing with Stake
The process of registering with Stake was easy and I got approval in less than have an hour, although it was during the weekend.
The following morning I received a call from the company from Mr. Ammar for follow-up if I have any questions or I need any help (still it is their weekend).
Also I received an email from Mr. Rami co-founder of the company to thank me for investing in Stake.
The process of investing in properties is easy.
I wish it will be a good journey in real estate investment with Stake platform.

Dont waste your time
Once invested, it is impossible to take money out. I tried to sell my investment like 5 times but no success. I tried to withdraw the earning but threshold is too high. Everything seems impossible with this company, makes me think it is a scam.
Update- I have now contacted their support team as advised, will update here once I have a response.
I have also noticed the value of my investment is going down even though your app says it has given in return of £8.69. I initially paid £122.77 back in October 2022 but my portfolio is sitting at £118 even after a rental received £8.69. Would you like to explain this?

Hi Vipin, thanks for your feedback. We understand it may be frustrating if your selling attempts on the exit window have been unsuccessful thus far. The window depends on demand, and if there's a willing buyer, and therefore isn't a guaranteed exit at all times. Our advice has always been to hold the investment for 4-5 years, ideally until the full property sale, to achieve optimal returns. The fluctuation you're seeing would be due to the changes in FX rates, which are just there for display. If you convert the amount to be displayed in AED, you'll see the true value of your investments. Great service all together, friendly and responsive support.
The only thing I am missing is a better second hand market where you can sell your stake if needed/and whenever you want, not only 2 weeks a year after holding a minimum of 1 year.
While I understand it is a long term investment, things can happen where you need to have access to your capital.

These windows require coordination with external entities like the DLD and DIFC, which can sometimes introduce delays. The onboarding process was seamless but........
The onboarding process was seamless, investment process was easy. however, I would like to bring to your notice the cost of transferring cash to stake.com. Its high. furthermore, When i transferred some money, I immediately got a call from my bank to check if i initiated the transaction. this is unusual as i keep doing it regularly. They thought it might be a scam or phishing or some kind of betting app. i think you should look into that and banks should trust your company.

An absolute sham
Honestly, take a long time depositing & withdrawing money. Capital appreciation is a big mess, the company will take a majority of the funds and leave you with absolutely nothing.
Here's to hoping more people realise this about this company's business strategy!

Our properties average around a 9-10% net annualized return (inclusive of rental income and appreciation), and this can be seen by some of our recent exits. Our advice has always been to hold the investment for 3-5 years until the full property sale to achieve optimal returns. We view real estate as a long-term investment due to its potential for appreciation over time, rental income generation, and the stability it offers as a tangible asset.
Regarding fees and performance:
- Our 7% performance fee is calculated only on the gain made upon a successful exit from the realised capital appreciation after removing all the transactional costs. This means that we will only charge 7% on the gain made on the investment, while investors keep 93% of the profits
- We have a proven track record of delivering an average of 10% annualized return on investment on our exited properties
