GetSpiegel is an online SCAM. They never shipped an order I placed to try their product - even after I paid for expedited shipping. I found a replacement in the interim period and requested an immediate refund since they billed me but never sent the goods. Customer service was non-responsive, then said they had no way to stop the order; they shipped the item and refused to refund/return. This is a garbage company with garbage customer service that is intentionally defrauding people.

Complete fraud. This company should be shut down. I ordered a product and they intentionally shipped me something different, admitting by email they no longer carry the product I ordered. When I asked for a refund they required me to ship back at my expense, which makes no sense given they intentionally shipped the wrong product. They completely stopped responding to all emails after that so I've submitted a charge back request to my credit card company. As others have stated, this company is a complete fraud.

It’s a scam.

After I returned an item (I paid both the shipping and the return shipping fees) their customer agent stopped responding to me altogether. They didn’t give me refund even after they promised to do so. Apparently there are similar reviews with the same experiences as mine. I should’ve checked trustpilot before purchasing.

Poor customer service. Purchased phone mount after seeing a good friends. After mounting it will not hold the phone and does not charge through an otter box commuter (thin) case!! Wanted to return the item and Spiegel wanted videos of the device not working even though we were within their 14 day return policy. They then wanted to charge an exorbitant restocking fee plus shipping to rerun the item. STAY AWAY!!!!

Received product after a long delay to find they don't find my AirPods properly. When I contacted customer support to ask for a replacement, I was asked to ship to the US from the UK and pay for the cost to do so myself, which I disagree with considering the product is faulty. Now my emails are being ignored.

I ordered AirPod ear tips on January 3. It's March 7 and I haven't received them. I've written them several times and they won't respond. Save your money. They're not a responsible business.

Total scam. Ordered ear bud covers for AirPods. No confirmation email, nothing.

Purchased an item and received an email the next day that it had shipped but no tracking. Contacted support asking for tracking and if it had actually shipped. Support stated it had shipped and I would receive with in 2-4 business days and tracking would be emailed soon. After 5 business days, no tracking and no package. Contacted support again and was told they couldn’t find my tracking but it had shipped. Still no item. Asked for a refund and no response.

I purchased an item back in April. The item never came to me as the sender had labelled it incorrectly. Royal Mail were sending it back to them.
I tried to contact them to ask what should I do and received no response. So I put a return in, contacted my bank who actioned the return of my money quickly.
After receiving nothing from the company for two months, they finally sent a rejection of the return email. Doesn't explain what this means, Doesn't tell you no further action or anything.
So, I contacted them again, and shockingly they responded this morning. So, I advised that I'd like to make a complaint regarding the whole situation, and I said this twice in the initial messages for them to turn round and say
"Your claim has been rejected because you've received your funds, so what are you going to complain about now?"
I find it rude after radio silence from this company. I suggest they work on their customer service skills and actually accept that when things go wrong, you should keep the consumer updated at all times.

The product doesn’t work! I was emailing back-and-forth with the support team and when I asked for a return label they just stopped responding completely.

Spiegel is a China-based company, with U.S. distribution in Glendale, CA. Over the last few years, every China-based company that I have dealt with has either refused to accept returns for items that don't work, or they accept the return, never issue the refund, and then stop responding to emails. Unfortunately, this is the case with Spiegel. I purchased a 36W Dual Car Charger Adapter from them which did not work. At first I received many overly-friendly email responses from a person named whose name I will not mention. (He seems to be the only customer service agent for the company, since other complaints on the Better Business Bureau website reference the same name.) After I requested a pre-paid return label, since the item did not work as advertised, the agent replied, "Don't worry, I've already requested our dispatch team to provide a return label so you may return your 36W Dual Car Adapter to us for a refund and at no cost.” A week passed with no return label. I sent more emails asking about the return label status. The agent replied with more overly-friendly responses, never once mentioning the return label which he had promised me. When I inquired about this again, his response was that I should mail the item back to them via USPS with tracking and insurance; this would cost almost as much as the item itself. Since that last message, the agent has stopped responding, which seems to be standard practice for these companies. From this experience, and the dishonest actions by their one-man Customer Service department, I would warn potential customers of Spiegel that the company is a scam.

I placed my order on 10/02/21. They have not shipped it yet. I was told me if I ordered a different item it would ship right away. That was 10 days ago. They sell merchandise that they don't have in stock. They are very hard to deal with. They are not very honest.

I as well have a negative experience with them. With all transparency I will say this was an amazing product to begin with. It worked flawlessly for about a month. Then it just went kaput one day. Since then I spent an hour on the phone with apple to remote into my device and make sure it wasn’t the phones issue. Upon verifying that it wasn’t the phone I reached out to spiegel. Someone named Raymond has literally done nothing but provide false hope and unfulfilled promises for the last 6 weeks. I’ve returned my device for a replacement which arrived at their facility 3 weeks ago and they’re still refusing to send out the replacement. I just called my card issuer and had the charge reversed.

I purchased the Wireless Fold to charge my airpods, my phone, and my apple watch. The apple watch portion does not my watch. I thought it was the charging adapter not supplying enough power. I tried different chargers and the watch portion never charged my watch. Spiegel only has a 14 day return or exchange policy, so I'm out $50. Don't buy it. Buy a higher end brand. It is probably worth the extra money.

Bought two of the wireless power stations in August and they have since stopped working completely. They last for about a month, and then slowly stopped charging anything. The light at the bottom turns on and off on its own, and now it doesn’t even charge my AirPods or iPhone. Biggest waste of money. Don’t waste your energy.

Love this product!!! I love being able to basically toss my phone at this charger and it would stick! I can move it all around for others to use as well! Worked ver well for months then the suction cup adhesive started to peel. Contacted customer service and they were quick to reply and assist me in getting a replacement!! They also gave me free PET stickers to attach to the back of my phone to help it stick better!! Not sure I need that as it sticks fairly well!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered their wireless power station and while it took a while for it to arrive, when it finally did, it would not consistently charge my iWatch. When I contacted them about this, they told me I needed a different power adaptor, which I ordered and again took a while to arrive. When it finally did, while the station would now charge my iWatch, it stopped being able to charge my iPhone. When I contacted them about this, I would have to wait days to weeks for a response but they finally agreed (after me pushing them) to pay for return shipping and refund me. It has been nearly a month now since I sent it back and I have still not been refunded. This product is garbage and the service is worse. Save yourself the pain and do not order anything from them!

I ordered 2 of the wireless charing stations. They never showed up, Customer Service keeps telling me they have shipped but won't provide tracking numbers. I believe this company is a scam.

I purchased a charging dock July 8th. Did not receive it until July 20th and when it finally came in, they sent the wrong cord! Wouldn't even fit. So here it is, now August 18th, and after apologizing and claiming to ship out another cord, it has never been sent and I never received a shipping e-mail. All they have to say is "it says it was shipped a while ago. We can refund you $5 and you can buy the cord elsewhere". Where can you find a lightening charging cord for $5? They have now stopped replying to my e-mails. Don't even waste your time.
