Cancelled program last year (agreed by both parties) as they weren't able to produce what I needed and received a full refund. Recently they sent an invoice for another year and I emailed and asked them to check back their records - this email was ignored and further invoice reminders were sent. They stated that they would not take the payment directly and that I would need to process the payment, however they had our details from the previous year and proceeded to extract the payment anyhow.
Since this point they have ignored any communications, the phone number on their website is unrecognised. They operate under different trading names (Wacademy & Starflix aka Getspace) however they are all connected - same directors etc. Starflix is based and registered in Ireland which adds a complication to resolving any dispute however stick with it if you find yourself in a similar situation.
CONCLUSION: untrustworthy Lithuanian led company to avoid any dealings with.
DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM AT ANY COST.

Worst experience, charged no reason twice. Website very weak. For this money could get professional Web page. Never even again. Avoid Getspace!

Do not use!! Complete con and having to go through the courts for refund of funds taken after cancellation!! Avoid these con artists.

Everything was done the way I requested. Particularly pleased with the clarity of the implementation of the amendments.

Avoid at all costs! They kept charging multiple charges to my account and when questioned sent me an additional invoice for £180 when my monthly hosting charge was £29. They offered no explanation for this extra invoice and when I cancelled my account they continued to attempt payments on my card. I have now cancelled my bank card because of this but am still receiving notifications from the bank that payments are being attempted on my old card

I am very happy with the creation of my website with Getspace. This is my first website and I was a bit confused of how it should look like. I only new I want it simple and informative. With these little instructions, the result was great, the design proposed by the team reflects my ideas and fulfills my expectation. Thank you.

Horrible company don’t reply to you for 5 hours have Atleast! Not helpful at all try to charge you for anything possible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Slow servers no good! You will be sorry if you decide to spend your money with these guys! Very unprofessional !

I had a very unpleasant experience recently, as I cancelled the service (before the new year plan begun) and asked to delete my website and all info related as unfortunately due to pandemics I am not able to support my business any more. The assistant proceded to delete everything but my personal account with bank details, which resulted in a service charge for the new yearly subscription, while i don't have and don't want to have a website any more. I contacted them via chat, where I was advised to emal info_getspace_uk explaining everything in order to get a refund withing the next 10 days. I wrote an email just as he asked on the same day, the 20th of April and still go no answer or refund. I am beyond furious because now I am not able to close my business bank account because I am waiting for their refund. And at the same time the bank and the state are going to make me pay monthly business fees, because we are already in May and the account remains opened. I find this ridiculous and disrespectful considering the situation.
