I bought two coupons for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows 10 and 11, with lifetime access: one for me and one as a gift. The person I gifted the second coupon to received the same licence number as mine. We contacted the seller (Get Software Deals) because this seemed odd, but we got no response. Normally, I would expect our licence numbers to be unique, but they weren't.

Additionally, my antivirus flagged the seller's product claim form as dangerous. It said the webpage tried to install malware on my computer.

I advise being cautious with this seller. I'm really disappointed that Groupon.fr is associated with them. I will never buy from this seller again.

I purchased the Office 2024 for Mac and downloaded it 8 times - on no occasion was the product recognised and activated to be usable. I tried contacting the company and also Groupon through whom I purchased the software - neither company resolved the licence activation issue and I would definitely not recommend getsoftwaredeals as it's impossible to get a response from them.

Don’t waste your time or money! Be warned!
Feels like a bit of a scam company, unable to instal software, had emailed from them that seemed very unprofessional, asking me to download software to allow them access to my computer, jumped through hoops to have them help me and they didn’t.
Really odd, times wasting and I didn’t get what I paid for at all. Nothing worked.

The information was emailed clearly and quickly. When I had an issue (which was of my own making), I sent a message in the "contact us" page and got a reply and solution quickly - good service.

I brought Office from this company via Groupon UK. When I originally downloaded, either I didn’t complete the task correctly, or something went wrong during the download. It was 4 weeks before I reached out for help, and when I did it was late on a Sunday evening. Unbelievably, I got a reply within 20 minutes, with simple concise instructions to solve my issue. I was vey impressed.

I bought Microsoft Office 2024 months ago and finally got around activating it, but it failed activation. Reach out to customer service for a valid key and got a response from them with a working key. My office 2024 is activated and very please with them. I will definitely purchase from them again. Very quick and reliable.

As a senior 81 years young I am not tech savvy and had problems activating the Office software I bought some months prior to installing on a new PC
I contacted the seller and they guided me though all the installation and stayed available until satisfactory completion
I would highly recommend them to any one they are totally professional and extremely friendly and helpfull - a big thank you !!

Ok, listen! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE MERCHANTS, it's a con. I bought Office 2024 and the license key, which was issued to multiple users, which made my product key invalid, so now office is dead! It's a waste of money and this is a dark shadow on Groupon for allowing these merchants to use their platform.

Scam! Its not a life time deal its a key for a few weeks. Just lost £18 being stupidly trusting of Groupon on a first time buy! Its sad that these days no site is safe & secure to buy!

Very easy from purchase to setup and installation. Really handy, step-by-step video that you can pause, rewind, and fast-forward. I am not technical and paid a few pounds more for an unlimited plan - and you can use your own email address!! I just can't fault the process so far and very rarely leave 5* reviews, but these guys deserve it! Thanks, everyone.

I received a product key, and it worked for about a month. They I started pop-ups telling me to reactivate Excel, Work, Outlook, etc. When I enter the product key, it says the product has been deprovisioned. I can't use any Office products. The "Chat" button their support website doesn't work. I emailed them over a week ago, and no response.
