I've have used this regularly most days since I bought it, just over a month ago. I haven't noticed it doing anything to my teeth. I really wanted it to work, but it doesn't. I think the advert is misleading showing the plague being instantly scraped off. It definitely doesn't work like that, if at all. The Toothpaste is abrasive and does leave teeth smoother. I think the positive reviews must be a case of the 'emperors new clothes'. Anyway waste of money apart from the toothpaste, so expensive toothpaste!

We are glad the powder is doing well, it is not overly abrasive (that can damage the enamel) though, it does have a mild abrasive (Dental RDA 70) but uses ingredients to remove staining. tt might be you did not have much or any plaque build up to remove, but keep using to maintain anyway - Matt

Have just received this product after being really excited to use it after reading lots of positive reviews but I’m soooo disappointed 😖 the on/off button is far too sensitive so when it gets wet, it either turns off or freaks out and jumps between settings/speeds. I don’t feel this is good enough for the price of this product and I wish to get a refund!

Just to clarify I did read the manual, no problem with the timer and intermittent stopping but when it is wet (which using a tooth brush it would get wet) it either stops all together or changes all the speeds and I have to wipe it dry for it to calm down. This is a poor poor product and after reviewing previous 1 star reviews you were very aware other customers having the same issue… so why haven’t you taken the product and fixed it instead of continuing to sell?! Shameful

Good products that work and reasonably priced
I’ve used the cleaner and the powder, they work. I’ve read a few negative reviews and they mostly seem to have used it once or hardly at all and come on here shouting, which makes me laugh. You clearly need to use them for a bit, it took at least 4 good goes to remove hard plaque off my teeth although i did notice a good difference with the powder after the 1st use. all in all, good and reasonably priced'

I really regret this purchase. I bought the whole set. I've had other sonic and electric toothbrushes before, and you are the worst. Considering that the company is a "specialist" in its field, I am doubly disappointed. With tartar removal tips you can only completely destroy the enamel... so I didn't even open the "whitening" packages because I don't want to use them now. The brush is very weak. I do not recommend.

A great product and super customer service …
A great product but I managed to break two of the attachments. A quick message from me to their help desk asking if replacements are available to purchase .. and I received a really fast reply saying that they would send them to me straight away at no cost.
I wasn’t expecting that and am very impressed .

Smirk brightening powder 😁
Quick delivery, kept upto date on my order. My second purchase of the tooth brightening powder, does remove stains and a noticeable difference after only a couple of uses, usually use a couple of times a week so lasts ages and bought when it was on offer so well pleased. Tried lots of other stain removers in the past and been useless, this is by far the best and my teeth are looking much whiter with no stains now. 😁
