Do not order anything from Getsistera.com unless you are sure of sizing and fit. You are unable to try on or look directly at your purchase as their panties are packaged with a seal that has to be broken to get into the bag. If the seal is broken, you cannot get a refund if unsatisfied with the product in any way. They put you through a series of demands all of which cause to break the seal before any action on their part as to replacement or refund. Their aim seems to be to wear the purchaser down until they agree to a partial refund. I purchased panties that do not fit properly and asked for a replacement which was received, but the replacement was unsatisfactory and I asked for my $$ back. They then, in a "geniture of goodwill" offered a refund of 15%, which I refused and again asked for my $$ back. They refused, and upped the offer of $20% of my purchase back. I did not accept this insulting offer either. Do not buy from this company.
