Multiple issues with this site

Multiple issues with this site and can I start with the live chat. Honestly they are pointless being there as they constantly tell you that they cant help, they need managers to do everything. Bet issues need managers, complaints need managers, technical issues need managers. The live chat is pathetic and useless.

Secondly, they settled one of my bets as a winner, then changed there mind, and told me that it was an accident and infact one of my selections was a loser, even though the had settled all selections on the bet as winners, I sent them proof of this, they told me to send the evidence over to an email and they will look at it, this was 5 weeks ago, ive never known a site more useless than this place, I mean this, AVOID at all costs it isn't worth it.

Uploaded all documents and was approved to bet. Win my bet they paid out but as soon as it came to using them they wouldn't work. Customer service is less than helpful and I would be worried if you get a big win ...would they actually pay out. I uploaded a pic of bank statement etc at approval stage and would not be comfortable sending random emails bank statements etc anyone coule be picking up these emails. At no point did I say they are unlicensed i said they are Dodgy and still havent replied to my email days later so I would absolutely use your money at a more reputable site.

I only got the desktop app and I still get charged 2% on winnings even though I didn't get access to the exchange. I wanted to contact them but the Live Chat is not available on the desktop app so I wrote an email asking for access to the exchange but never got a reply back. I also tried to phone them on the number provided in the Help section but was directed to the...Live chat.

DON'T EVER USE THIS BETTING SITE ABSOLUTE COWBOY SCAMMERS!
Only signed up for the offer as it looked good and read the T&C's. They say I'm not eligible after placing my bet and gave a ridiculous excuse why.
No help getting money back on livechat so recommend no one ever use this awful bookies because the same will happen to all new customers they just want you to sign up and scam you out the free bet offers.

They have then replied saying they will try and help and I go on the livechat and they yet again give me no support and reason as to why I don't receive the offer. Emailed twice to the support email they give you and not had a reply in 3 days so very unlikely they care or bother replying to any complaints so I will be going through the full complaint process to rectify this shocking service.

Almost impossible to contact

Almost impossible , if not actually impossible, to contact customer service.
Been trying for 4 days to log an incorrect football match score entered on their system that has turned a ‘winner’ into a settled ‘loser’.
This is an SBKbet error yet trying to log an issue or get somebody to look into it is like pushing water uphill.
Left 2 emails , no response after 4 days.
The ‘live chat’ option on their website doesn’t exist.
A ‘phone number listed says “nobody available right now”. Another ‘phone number says “leave a message” but then says “The message box is too full to leave a message.
Leaving this review in the vain hope that someone at SBK will actually read it and DO SOMETHING.
SBKbet you have entered a WRONG result to match on your system but don’t seem to care.

Avoid SBK – My Experience Has Been Absurd

I signed up, went through their initial checks, deposited money, and everything seemed fine. Then out of nowhere they suspended my account for “additional verification.”

Fine, whatever, I sent every document they asked for immediately.
But then? Silence.
No updates. No replies to multiple emails. No timeframe. Nothing.

I’ve never dealt with a sportsbook that lets you deposit and then locks your account afterward while holding your funds and ignoring your messages. It’s incredibly frustrating and completely unprofessional.

If you value your time, your money, or basic customer support, be cautious about using this platform. My experience has been nothing but stress and unnecessary hassle.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, had a few bets on yesterday for the horses, all came down to one race. I wanted to cash two out as I had been offered cash outs 2 mins before and 4 bets relied on one horse. Tried to log in before the final race and their systems were down preventing me from logging in. As soon as the race ended I was able to log in again. I don’t see this as a coincidence at all. It was tactical. Scammed millions on one of the biggest race days going. When you place In Play bets it almost loads for 30 seconds trying to determined what’s going to happen. It will then either drop the odds from what you chose (because now it’s 30 seconds later) or it will fail to place the bet. It seems that if it determines the bet will go in their favour they don’t give confirmation of the bet being placed and cancels but then all of a sudden appears in your bets after the event. It’s very laggy. Winning bets take ages to settle whereas losing bets settle instantly. There is only one winner playing with this broker and it will never be the customer it seems. Customer service are there but only to tell you to email “support” so I’m confused to what your chat reps actually do. Your limited on what you can bet on. I play basketball will only let you bet on a player that’s not scoring. As soon as a player starts to score they get greyed out. This all just makes it impossible for the customer to ever win and it seems like everything is done massively in favour of the broker with this company.

Paddy power and bet 365 are light years ahead of this broker. This has to be the worse one yet.
