Dishonest Supplier

Gets engages in numerous questionable business practices. In the past, there were several instances where I received something completely different and much lower quality than what was ordered. Trying to get them to address such problems is like pulling teeth.

Even when the products match the general description of the order there is about a one in four chance that you will get something that is substandard quality as compared to listing photos on their website.

They often do not have items listed available and refuse to refund monies for items that they cannot ship .. insisting on keeping money they are not entitled to on account rather than issuing refunds.

They retroactively alter legal documents rather than engage in transparent business practices. This includes sending orders via ocean shipping rather than UPS. Rather than acknowedge the error or try to fix it, they recently changed my order after the fact to reflect that ocean shipping was the chosen option.

If you are stupid enough to do business with them. Take a screen shot or download a copy of every listing, invoice, and communication.

Pay with Paypal or you will never see your money again if there is any problem.

I have to say that I have ordered several times, but it was never as bad as the last time. It has happened before that the ordered goods arrived in poorer quality - but I counted on this as standard. The last time I ordered, among other things, individual button pearls in the highest AAAAA quality (3120 pieces!!!) and round pearls in TOP quality (best quality) 60 pieces. I warned the seller more than 5 times about my order that I really needed the highest quality and could not accept anything else. Of course, I also wrote this directly as a note in the order. I was assured that everything would be according to my requirements. I was surprised when I received the package, because instead of the highest quality, I received substandard - for me useless pearls. So if I can advise others, avoid this seller by far, because he will promise you anything just to get you to send money but will not be able to keep his promise. For me, this was my last order from Gets.com because they turned out to be scammers.

I am happy that I found a good website.

Good Service-when send a email to gets and their salesman always reply promptly and professional.
Fast delivery (arrived to the U.S.A 5 days earlier than expected). They not only have Express also provide free shipping service ,they can save many money,its very nice .
Well packaged, no damaged items. When receive package ,it's surprised me .The quality is fantastic, beautiful with all items (30 items in order) customer service has been fantastic, I have recommended it to our friends.
Will be ordering again, definitely my favorite supplier .I am happy with my orders best shopping online store and will continue ordering soon.

Horrible Spam and no way to unsubscribe!

I receive constantly Spam from this company. I don't know on which mysterious way my E-mail address came to their hands. I never signed or agreed to any Newsletter. And I can't count, how many times I request them to remove my E-mail address from their system, but they ignore my wish and continue to send their unwanted Newsletter. This kind of aggressive promotion that does not respect privacy, has only the opposite effect: I will never buy in this shop (or any of their related shops)!

Got me with survey suppose to pay 4.95 shipping changed price to 5.75 and then somehow added another 14.99 then is a parasite site stay clear takes forever to recoup money understand they are under a criminal investigation

not worth it

I've been ordering from this company for 5+ years, likely more than 30 orders placed throughout the years and probably $20k+ spent, so needless to say I've had quite a bit of experience with them. In the early years, they were great. Tons of selection, quality was expected - not the highest, but fine for fashion jewelry with a 5% +/- error rate where components were misshapened/unusable (also understandable and acceptable). They even accommodate custom requests if an item is only offered in silver online, you can request gold finish for a little extra $

Yes, shipping takes long, but I'm assuming things are made to order and not ready to ship. They also ship orders in separate boxes/times sometimes instead of 1 big box per 1 order. A heads up for those who use DHL/FedEx/UPS, as EACH box has processing fees (not talking about duties/taxes, that's in addition which I know I need to pay) by the shipper, so you may get dinged by the shipping company with processing fees for however many boxes Gets.com chooses to ship your order with instead of 1 processing fee for 1 box.

As for quantity received - honestly I've never counted...so I can't comment on that. bad me. After reading these reviews I should. I didn't want to spend a week counting 10000 per style and multiple styles of an item.

I've ordered and re-ordered items as I was very happy with the quality. However over the years, the items would change in quality - same photos and descriptions, but the metal would be thinner and flimsier. Then I started receiving incorrect items, only to be begged to keep the wrong items for a discount. This started happening more often and costing me money to buy huge quantities of items I technically never ordered (not to mention storing all these items until I can resell them).

Because of this, ALWAYS ask for them to send photos with calipers to show size before shipping. They are hesitant to refund for mistakes made on their end. I have received a full credit to my card once, but other times it's been store credit.

Then prices/minimum quantities/sizing started changing AFTER my order had already been placed. Either more expensive, by more that 500% of the original price, or way lower quantity for the same price. They would message me about the change, but when I click the link of the item, the description is ALWAYS exactly as when I had placed the order - no changes to show this new "updated" price.

I really want to love this company (and have for years!) but keeping unwanted merchandise and dealing with incorrect items, price changes - its just not worth the headache. There has been a problem with almost every order I've placed this year (very few issues 5 years ago!). I'd rather pay more for components that are as described with up front pricing that is honoured at the time of purchase. Will sadly not be using this supplier anymore.

Large Selection of Items They Will Never Send

Great selection, but you're not going to get anything. Orders have been pending multiple weeks for 1 item. They have a incomprehensible ordering system and they don't respond to emails THROUGH their contact system. Money lost. Not recommended.
