Slick marketing - Exorbitant markup for bait and switch product
I ordered Revive Nerve Relief Lotion, advertised for $34.95 plus shipping for 4 ounces. After 3 weeks, I received Oasis Magnesium Body Butter (a completely different product). On Amazon, this sells for $ 19.88 for TWO four-ounce bottles with free shipping, 75% less than I was charged. Additionally, a fee of 39.99 was charged to my credit card to join their Revive Care Club. I never authorized this. Neither an email nor a call to customer service has been returned.
Recurring charges...
Ordered a SpineRelief™ - Spinal Decompression & Spasm Recovery Device. Device was received in an appropriate amount of time, however the company has since been charging a recurring subscription fee (for which there is no subscription service).
Attempted to call Revive Care during their posted operating hours and received an automated message followed by a disconnect. Attempted to email Revive Care and have not received a reply.
In the end I disputed the transactions (subscription) with MasterCard and had to have a new card issued.
Avoid this company.
Scam
Scam. Ordered nerve pain relief but got oasis magnesium not close to what they have on the wenaite as described. Fake company. I wish I looked at trustpilot first before purchasing. They are playing with peoples emotions and sentiments.
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service! The order site somehow placed 2 orders. As soon as I noticed this I contacted the company to let them know I only placed one order. No reply. I sent 4 emails attempting to fix the problem. No reply. Then I got 2 shipping notices. They finally replied telling me this is my problem and I have to pay to ship back their mistake!
Avoid getrevivecare.com - false advertising/ bait and switch
Heavily promoting Revive - a "transdermal solution for lasting nerve relief" on Facebook. I have some nasty sciatica issues and was looking for something that might help. Like a lot of Facebook ads from companies you've never heard of, this one came with highly detailed explanations of how the creme worked and what its benefits are. Promised 7 to 12 day arrival time, and showed up on day 13. Tracker showed it originated in China, but the package that got delivered was shipped from California and contained a different product than what I ordered. (The seller responded by saying it was the same thing, just in a different package.)
What I got was a shea butter skin cream with no mention of any benefit for nerve pain. It was also available on EBay for about 1/3 of what I was charged.
I should know better than to believe the suspiciously lengthy and needlessly detailed explanations that mark these scam products. I'm disputing the charge, but please, steer clear of this company and anything they're selling.
Told them to cancel my order
Told them to cancel my order. It shows refunded but money has yet to be returned to me. I will fight them until I get the money back. Give them bad reviews. Called during business hours and machine picks up saying call back during normal hours. Bad customer service and this company is spam
Avoid!
Ordered a back massager which I received but now they are charging me $39.99/month for a subscription! Had to cancel my card. Tried to call them, no answer. Emailed them, no response yet. Avoid this scam company! They must put the subscription info in fine print because I would have never knowingly agreed to that!!
Total morons in charge
Total morons in charge. Told them we have NO RURAL POSTAL SERVICE, so what do they do, they send it via USPS and after 3 weeks after ordering our local Post office will return the item and I will never see it and probably won't see my refund either!
STAY AWAY ALL DAY!!!!!
SCAMMER COMPANY IS A FRONT FOR SCAMMERS
I luckily received the product from china about 3 weeks after ordering. However they are now trying to charge me a monthly $39.99 membership fee when I never signed up for anything like that. I tried emailing and they quit responding to me. I tried calling but says they are closed for business and to try back again. They must always be closed for business. I had to cancel my card to get away from the charges.
Try Revive Care - DO NOT TRY TAKE MY ADVICE!
Based on my experience I would say avoid. Made purchase and immediately my card provider was in contact reference fraud. I did receive the goods. Stick works but initially had some lag. Every month since I have been charged again my card provider has since blocked 2 payments so far but this seems to be ongoing.

This company is a front for a scam. They ‘sell’ you something, never deliver and then attempt to charge you a monthly basis.
Update.
1. When you purchase the game they sign you uo to a subscription, hidden in the terms and conditions.
2. The game stick has arrived but does not work.
