The customer service support team was terrific. Tracking my package stated it was delivered but it was not at my front door. I emailed support and to find out what happened. I got a response back right away. They checked with the courier service and sent me photo of the front door where my package was left. I sent them photo of my front door because that was not my house. They were going to do more investigation and make arrangements for a refund. A couple of days later I got a note from the owner of a home two blocks away where my package was left. I got my package. The support team and I exchanged several emails back and forth. Each time they responded back within minutes.

I purchased these and was excited to try them as I use a CPAP machine. I didn't even think about the fact I wear retainers every night. Before they arrived, I contacted customer service to let them know i couldn't use them because of my retainers. The customer service was great. I settled for a partial refund rather than paying to send them back. I was impressed with how my situation was handled.

Turns out I still have a dehydration problem and it made using the Quiet Lab mouthpiece impossible for me. I have to say the mouthpiece was very comfortable and easy to clean. I was promptly given my refund and their support was fantastic. I also liked the helpful health tips they generously sent as they were helpful for my everyday life. I would like to also state that Quiet Lab is a legit business unlike the many false sellers on Facebook.

Tried Q.L. gave it a few weeks and it's not for me. I was hoping to stop using c-pap quality was there but still was snoring. But what made it a positive experience was the customer service some of the best I ever had so ty ,even no I had to get a refund I will look out for future experiences with them

I’m usually skeptical of email customer service support platforms but I sent a request communicating that I didn’t receive my confirmation order. My request was answered within 3 minutes of my request and then I received an email from a customer support rep letting me know the error that caused the original not to come into my inbox. The mouth guard did not work for my hubby because of his TMJ, so we reached out via email to QuietLab and they offered to reimburse 70-80% of our purchase price if we didn't wish to have the hassle of returning the items on our own dime. After some research, we decided to pay the shipping and get a full refund. Everyone who communicated with me was quickly responsive, helpful and kind. I am trusting I will receive the refund when they receive their products.

Quiet lab has the best customer service. I explained how I wasn’t able to use the mouth pieces like I thought I could, because of my gag reflux. They had no problem refunding my money back to me. I was also given the opportunity to get most of my money back and keep the products I ordered to give away as a gift or something for a small fee. I decided to go with that option. They were quick to respond, and within a few days I had my refund back into my account. I am very pleased with their services!!
