I was a bit weery of the price tag but it is well worth it. The software is amazing but the customer service is what really gives it so much value. They give you every tool necessary to make sure that you get your money's worth. You get an onboarding call (mine was with Olivia Lee) and can go over use cases that suit your particular business. I got some really good insights on my call. There are also videos to help you with setup and plenty of templates to work off of as well.

At first, I didn’t really understand much about AI, but the introductory videos really helped me grasp how it works. The AI team is very close to their clients and always available if we have any questions. They also host regular webinars to help us learn how to use the AI better, and even offer an onboarding call to get familiar with the platform.

In my case, Olivia Lee was my point of contact and she was extremely helpful! She taught me things about AI that I didn’t know and helped me implement it more effectively for my business and content creation.

I will definitely keep working with them in the future and I’m excited to see this company continue to grow!

As a social media strategist, Poppy AI is an untapped gem. The work that’s taken me weeks to do? gets done within an hour. And you would think it would be complicated, but it’s not. The software is easy to use and really saves you time in ways other AI social media tools don’t.

Not to mention, the support Poppy gives is greaaaaaattttt. Tons of video tutorials, use cases, and client support makes the onboarding process not just easy. It’s fun and exciting. They even have an optional but highly encouraged 1-1 call with the onboarding team that benefits you in numerous ways.

I spoke with Olivia and it was such an affirming call!! After a week of tinkering with Poppy, I felt like I got the hang of it. But the call with Olivia gave me so many more helpful tips and encouraging insight into how I could use Poppy to improve all my socials. I’m really happy I made the call. Definitely tap into that resource.

Poppy has been working out great so far. I appreciate the ability to connect /mindmap modules to help organize whatever i'm working on.

I've been using it for a month and love it so far. I really like the initiative of the company to make the Poppy AI Onboarding calls, my onboarding call was with Olivia Lee and I love her, she was super kind. The platform is super user friendly and easy to handle. I'm a little concerned about the monthly credits but I think for the price it's ok.

Poppy is so intuitive to use, and the outputs unreal. I am not an advanced AI user and found it so easy to set up. Also, the videos and emails you receive as part of the onboarding are really helpful, and getting a free 30min onboarding call (mine was with awesome Olivia) is also great as you can ask all your question, get more info, etc. They really go out of their way to make sure you succeed. I think I have never bought any software or product I've been so quickly in love with and so impressed by. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Olivia was so sweet and helpful, i think poppy is a great company and their tools really take Ai to another level and make it easier to use for your business.

I bought Poppy a week ago and am loving it so far! In just one week Poppy has helped me clarify my funnel and offers, design a content marketing strategy that feels fun, aligned, and exciting. I can't wait to use it for my day job as a teacher to create my scope and sequence! Hands down the best AI tool I've used so far. Thanks to Oliva who showed me all the functionality on our onboarding call that I totally would have missed otherwise. I would also like to add I've had bad experiences with other tech startups where it's a clear cash grab, and you can tell immediately that this is NOT that. I just finished my onboarding call with Olivia and she was absolutely amazing. 🙌🏾 The Poppy platform itself is already phenomenal, but I have to say… the onboarding call is a must. I had been using Poppy for about a week before the call, but after speaking with Olivia, everything just clicked.

The session really helped me understand what’s possible inside Poppy (it does and will do a lot) and as someone who’s still fairly new to the YouTube space and digital product world, I needed that clarity. It felt incredibly personable, which I truly appreciate.

Even before the call, I could already see how different this platform is compared to just using ChatGPT or Claude. But after the onboarding, Game-changer. It gave me so much insight and direction, I ended up booking a 1:1 deep dive coaching session on the spot. That’s how empowered I felt.

This is a gamechanger. The platform is easy to navigate but it is the funtionality that makes this an Ai Boss. Don't play with Poppy.

LOVING using Poppy AI so far. It's the perfect set-up for my ADHD brain, that needs to SEE projects as a whole in order to keep track of everything. It's like the Poppy whiteboard was designed perfectly for my kind of creative, yet often disorganised, brain. I'm not super amazing at more complex tech stuff, so the onboarding session with Olivia was really great - she understood what kind of stuff I needed to do and gave me a bunch of super helpful tips and shortcuts. Poppy is the first time I've been convinced that AI can actually be really helpful in my work.

Poppy is amazing, super user friendly. I took a star away because it’s not iPad user friendly just yet but I do know that it’s something that’s being worked on. My onboarding was smooth, I was met with a warm and friendly welcome by Olivia who was really good at getting me up to speed.

I like how it is easy to connect different resources to the AI chat, train and ask it to give me the output I want. This presents a fantastic opportunity for numerous large-scale projects.

Loved Poppy AI, it is a great tool for content creators. The onboarding was very useful and intuitive.

The best AI tool for copywriting

I use this tool as a marketing agency owner and it's incredible. I feed it data on the specific writing style I want, feed it a bunch of different resources and it's able to absorb all of it to output something truly unique and special.

I recently upgraded to the power user plan because I believe in the product that much. I don't have a gameplan for how I'm going to use the API integration, or how it all works, but thats how much faith I got in this thing.

I'm just getting started but, everything has been going great. I've been using Poppy to help me relaunch a YouTube community and speaking to Olivia Lee with Poppy onboarding has really streamlined what I was doing. The software itself does everything I wanted it to and more. I can't wait to see how it goes from here and I'm looking forward to the updates coming to the program!
