FAKE
FAKE, I ordered the Bartholomew bear and what arrived had a random label and tag sewn in. Three emails were ignored so I disputed it with my bank. They and 90 days to argue the case and waited over 70. So now have to 5 days argue my case ridiculous. They blatantly lie in their argument saying “product matches description” ( it obviously doesn’t). Can now see the photos are taken from the jellycat website with the background edited. Reviews must be fake too as you can’t leave reviews. I have the real one now and the everything is wrong not even a good fake.
Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. I ordered the Bartholomew strawberry bear and they sent me a fake. It looks nothing like it. I’m shocked they even thought I wouldn’t notice lol. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They also will not respond to you. So I had to dispute the charge.
Slow delivery but it was a genuine toy
They took the maximum amount of time stated to send it and I was starting to panic after reading these reviews that it would be a fake scam, but I did get a genuine jelly cat after two weeks.
Fake jelly cat toys - AVOID
Fake jelly cat toys. Website looks very impressive says USA based but I believe they were a Chinese import through a uk distribution company. No response from customer service when chasing the marshmallows which did not arrive for 2 weeks - not exactly the fast delivery advertised! Then I looked them up here to find others with the same issue and that they were fakes.
I can confirm indeed that they are definitely fakes. Same price as real ones too! I bought the real one from a well known uk shop which arrived in 2 days. The fake one is overstuffed, smaller and squat, legs wonky, different material, does not say suitable from birth (good thing as it isn’t!!), ribbons holding them together are in the wrong place and badly stitched, no blush on cheeks. The labels have clearly improved as I would not have noticed until compared to the real ones. I have asked my credit card company to chase my money back from them. I emailed them (the getplushie email) again to return the fake products and have yet to receive a response.

I can’t believe it’s allowed to still be up and running it needs shutting down !! Beware do not deal with them !!!
SCAM!!!!!!!!!
SCAM! Avoid this company. My jellycat never turned up and they are sending AI generated emails instead of responding. Absolutely disgusting.
Avoid - fake Jellycat goods!
I ordered the Jellycat marshmallow duo and then saw the reviews on here. My item arrived today and I can indeed confirm they're fake. This company seem to be evolving, as they did look quite good quality and had Jellycat tags and labels, and came with a dust bag. However, comparing to genuine products and the pictures on the Jellycat website, you can see lots of discrepancies.
The marshmallows don't have blush marks, one is bigger than the other, the legs are stitched differently, they're attached together a different way to the images and the dust bag is a different colour. The Jellycat labels on the product are also different to the originals.
Please don't get sucked in by the slightly cheaper price.
Selling fake Jellycats
Selling fake Jellycats. They are unresponsive when contacting them about a return. Chinese scam company.
Scam site, fraudulent chinese co. - fake product
Scam site and fraudulent chinese company. Their fake Jellycat bunny arrived but looked like a rabid Roland Rat. Customer services ignored several emails then finally responded saying their 'fictitious' returns team would be in touch to organise a return to 'China' (it had a made in china tag instead of a jellycat tag...). Follow-up return instructions have still NOT been received nearly 1 week later. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
