The sizes of jellycats you sent me are tiny for the price I paid they should have been full sized ones!
therefore I would appreciate a refund for this issue!!!

Items were fake not as advertised and not finished to a good quality. As they were gifts highly disappointed

Jellycat sky dragon provided was fake. Customer support email responses are computer generated - I won’t be buying again in from this retailer.

The two jelly at plushies I received were clearly fakes and very disappointed that I had wasted my money

The communication was great, with regular updates regarding the parcel's delivery. The price and range of the items were excellent in this competitive market. I was happy to wait out the longer delivery time due to these two factors. The free delivery was a bonus. Unfortunately, as the packaging was a postal bag instead of a box, the items were squashed out of shape. On the positive, I managed to reshape them with some effort.

I have placed two orders with this company, both were acknowledged and I received a followup email confirming shipment. Neither order arrived. All I received after a few weeks was an email informing me that my order had been cancelled and a refund would be provided. Despite numerous requests I have not received any explanation for the cancellations. At the time of both orders the supplier's website stated that the item was in stock. I have never experience this type of treatment from any other on-line supplier.

Bought the coffee to go bag charm for my daughter, it’s really lovely, I haven’t given it to her yet but I know she’s going to love it, it came pretty quick and was well packaged.

Not genuine Jellycat toys. They won’t refund unless you send the fakes back to china where they’ve come from which costs a bomb. Avoid at all costs!!!

Bought a jellycat Seagull from this website, I’m not sure if it’s fake or has been owned by someone else. More than anything it doesn’t seem like a new item, the hair in the picture is fluffy, the one I bought has matted hair on its head. It doesn’t mentioned it being pre-loved so I can only assume it is not a real item and it was no different in price.

I tried to message them on their website days ago and I am still waiting for a response.
