Only giving a one star cis no option for a zero. I paid £300 to this bunch of cowboy clowns. No delivery, no refund and no reply’s to mail, calls and texts. Avoid! They will rip you off

I had a personalised cushion made for my partner with our 4 cats on. Unfortunately this year 2 of our cats have passed away so I know this gift will mean a lot.
Communication with the sellers have been so helpful. They contacted me about the poor quality of the photos which gave me the chance to change them which I appreciated very much. Quality of the cover is very good too. I had a canvas and a more silky material. Both are great.
I will definitely buy again and recommend them to all.

After ordering 15 personalised hand towels from this company in a ‘Latte’ colour, with added personalised embroidery I have received the poorest customer service and order.
I was sent extremely poor quality towels. The colour and design of the towels were completely different to what was advertised and pictured on their website. I reached out to them immediately when I received the order to explain my concerns, requesting a refund. They refused to refund me. They eventually offered to remake the towels in a ‘Latte’ colour, sending me a picture of towels I was led to believe I ordered in the first place. After days of hearing no response from them I again requested a refund and offered to send the towels back to them at my own cost, but they continue to decline to provide me with a refund.
I am now seeking advice from the Ombudsman for their false advertising and poor customer service.
Please please do not spend your hard earned money at this company.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Mug was beautiful I brought it for my granddaughter unique she picked the one she wanted colour and all absolutely good quality vibrant colours and I will be buying more and perfect price

Needed some personalised towels and this company certainly delivered. They answered my many questions promptly showing how the embroidery will look and colours. Absolutely brilliant customer service, I made a mistake on my order and they contacted me , late at night to check and I was able to rectify without any additional costs. I ordered 6 mugs and they all arrived together and every one was intact with a nice little sweet surprise inside. Thoroughly recommend these guys.
