Getpenspot is not a trustworthy company…
Getpenspot is not a trustworthy company because they withdrew an amount of money from my bank account without consulting me and without informing me whether I agreed to withdraw the amount or not. Since March 31, I requested a refund and they are delaying the refund. After that, they did not respond to my messages and did not return my money. Their lack of credibility in dealing with them is not me alone. There are many others who do the same thing and it is present in their reviews.
