First experience went awful
First experience:
-Bought a 13 Pro Max by friday.
-They sent a Canada Post tracking number (imagine paying $1K and receiving with Canada Post that is well known for its strikes)
-Waited three days (a whole weekend and Labor Day)
-Got contacted the 4th day (Tuesday) just to know that they only have 128 or 512 (no 256gb that I wanted), so either you choose 128, 512, or your money back (which is a 7-10 days wait for a refund)
Then why not updating your database on the website? I wanted a phone because I needed one and the old was dead. Now here we are with 4-day wait plus a new 7-10days to receive the refund, a real negative outcome.
I will never order from Orchard tbh, such mistakes should not happen.

No hassle, great product
Found the site with a Google “+reddit” search and found they had a good rep. Was happy to pay 500 for a 13 mini rather than 400 to some rando on amazon or Best Buy. The phone is perfect and even exceeds promised condition.

Orchard does everything well! They have great products (new and reconditioned) that they stand behind 100%. They ship quickly, their communications are short and sweet - and not too frequent. This is the second purchase I made. I also sold a phone through them a couple years ago and received prompt payment - just as promised. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
