Well, I'm now well into year five with Orchard. So I guess you can call me a "satisfied customer." I've purchased and re-sold many devices over the years and I won't deal with any other store.

An amazing iPad at a price I could afford, superb customer and tech support, and the good feeling that my yen for electronics is not as harmful to the planet as it might have been. I'm super happy.

Nice iPhone 13 mini! Can't find that model anywhere else these days. Phone works great with iOS 26 and battery life is still decent. Pleasantly surprised that the phone came with a Lightning-USB-C cable and USB-C charging block. Also arrived quickly. Would use again.

I have ordered used phones from another company that only acts as a broker, working with various vendors. One phone I ordered, labelled in "Excellent" condition, arrived full of scratches, pock marks, and human hair. It hadn't even been cleaned!
The company couldn't guarantee the quality of the device because they never actually saw it.
