Sent the wrong item then asked me to return to warehouse... gave me the wrong order number resulting in me waiting in the warehouse for nearly 1/2 an hour to sort it out. Very frustrating

I'm so sorry that this order didn't go as smoothly as we would have liked it. We ordered the robe direct from DryRobe as we were away when the order came in and wanted to get it to you as quickly as we could.
Unfortunetly the warehouse guys at DryRobe sent the wrong robe out to you. I did give you a call on Friday to explain and arranged for a swap for you in time for your daughters birthday, but it wasn't possible for the exchange to happen on Friday.
As that appointment on Friday had passed - they issued a new order number - and this was what caused the confusion when you went to swap the robes over.
The offer of going to the warehouse was the quickest way we could get this exchanged for you - without you having to wait in for a delivery to sort this out. As the warehouse is close to where you live I thought this would be the best option.
I've issued a partial refund on the order for you as an apology for the confusion with this order.
