Steer clear! Pushed into an unlimited energy deal, when we then asked to cancel as we were paying significantly more than we were using (being charged over 396 pound a month). When we cancelled we specifically asked how we would be charged when providing 30 days notice, given the cancellation would be halfway through a billing period, and we were told "the system automatically recalculates how much should have been paid for the updated package duration. This means you would only pay up to the date your package ends"
Instead, we were charged MORE for half a billing cycle (426 pound for 15 days) and told the additional was due to 'seasonality' which was mentioned nowhere in the contract and nowhere in the terms and conditions. Despite the fact we had paid significantly more than we had used, they still stung us 426 pound for just 15 days of the last billing cycle.
Stay clear! This is just OneUtility trading under a different name!
