Every single person I have worked with, spoken with is truly just amazing. I was able to book an appointment with…
I was able to book an appointment with a doctor the same day and confirm my ADHD diagnosis. When it came time to finding a pharmacy, I worked with Lin in customer service and she was so helpful. She reached out to multiple pharmacies on my behalf to make sure they had the medication in stock before transferring the prescription over. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional!

customer support excellent help
Customer support called over 5 different pharmacies in my area. Checking to see if any of them had my medication on hand due to a shortage. This was excellent customer service and I am very grateful for it.

Excellent Care and Support
All of the staff (including my doctor) I have interacted with are very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. It is not always easy to communicate pharmacy issues, but between my doctor and the customer service staff, I am able to get any issues solved quickly. Service is excellent. On this particular issue, Aimlee was the staff member who assisted in the best possible way with efficient, clear, and friendly customer support - I am very grateful to her!
