Fraudulent advertising

The ad I watched advertised ordering 3 products for $19.99 each and getting 3 free. I placed an order on 9/3. On 9/4 I received a confirmation with a total of $206.88. This included a product I did not order. I immediately tried contacting the company about this discrepancy and to cancel the order. I keep getting directed to a chat option. Three times I have been assured my charge would be refunded. It has not. I received the product 9/10. Had to be the fastest delivery in record. I have asked repeatedly for a telephone # and to be able to speak to a human, as I’m pretty sure the chat “person” is a bot. Not an option. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company.
