I'll give 4-5 star if their payment…

I'll give 4-5 star if their payment gateway is working. I've tried to pay for their premium plan using their portal, stripe and PayPal account but all ended in disgrace. I've try their hosting and it's ok compare to other big hosting site. Good support, no hidden fees, discount code, uptime is true as they say, but they're rude with disconnection once your plan expired. Atleast they should give 1month grace to renew. Reason I give 3star.

I really wanted to like this company

I really wanted to like this company, but the tech support was really bad. They were nice enough, but I don't think they understand english very well. Just simple questions were not answered. It was like pulling teeth. I'm just being honest; not mean. I have to find something else.

A few hiccups but overall good

Have tried them on several sites, one of them on a US server. They had problems with the US server so they asked us to use their EU server first and will migrate to US server later.

Other than that, I'm satisfied with the speed and the control panel. Very fuss free and easy to use.
