First of all, I haven't received any replies to my email,meams after sale is not prpfessional. Additionally, the Android app is not working for umbrella.
That said, the umbrella itself is fine,nothing special just like the other products. However, the value does not match the quality, especially considering that the app is not functioning.

I have had the worst experience ever with Kisha umbrellas! I’m Croatian and unfortunately they are Croatian company and I truly wanted to get an umbrella that was made for our horrible weather ( days of rain and strong winds) so I have decided to buy one believing they know what I need, for goodness sake the founder of Kisha is coming from my hometown!!
Since I got the umbrella (mind you it was June) I didn’t have the need to use it until September. I have use it 5 times exactly and it got broken, just couldn’t open it anymore?! 5 times of use!!
Of course I have made a complain and asked will they send me a new one or should I send this one back to be repaired. They are constantly ignoring my request?!! Never will I ever recommend to anyone to buy Kisha umbrella! Don’t throw your money, they are not a serious company. Pay more but buy it from Davek or London Undercover as I will. I absolutely sure they take their costumers seriously. Kisha 1/10

KISHA App is not available on Android (Play Store) anymore, which means the umbrella tracker function is not available and can't be used. Have tried contacting customer support, no answer. Buyer beware, since this is an important marketing point for the product!

I ordered 6 umbrellas in June.....still haven't received them.
I have been in touch via email several times, but no results....I have ordered in the past, It always takes time, but this is unacceptable.

Holding it hand for the first time, I felt how materials used are not B rated. The weight tells it all. The stiching is spot on. Garanteed waterproof, I had some umbrellas that leak through the netting.
But the biggest advantage of having Kisha Umbrella is that it will endure all types of wheather chaos. The wind will twist out your regular umrella and will break your wires but not this one, you can twist it back easily because. It is designed for that in mind, making it a product that lasts.
It also has a bluetooth chip for live tracking, one smart umbrella. You basically cannot lose it.

Does not wiggle! It's welded and bolted properly.

I live in a city with most rain in Europe. I do not think I will swap for a different one, probably ever. I noticed from friends that got it earlier that Kisha's physical quality is getting updated, developed. Awaiting for future releases.

There is no customer support and there is no after sales support.
Umbrella will break like any other umbrella and believe me they won't bother answer your phone call or email.

I know Kisha as my hometown brand and when I went on a trip to Japan I brought one Kisha white umbrella as a gift. My Japanese friends really loved it. A great gift!

As a proud owner of Kisha Foldable Navy Blue I must say I am impressed with build quality and the size of my Kisha. When open, umrella is almost 120 cm in diameter - enough for two people! It’s also super-compact when closed so it fits my backpack perfectly. One of the best umbrellas I ever had.

I've bought Kisha Foldable Red as I was traveling across Europe a lot recently. Really satisfied with build quality and app features. Umbrella is big enough when I open it but compact so it fits my backpack or luggage. Would recommend it for anyone that spends a lot of time on the road.

I got my Kisha 8 years ago when Kisha was just a small startup. The product seemed nice and since I love technology I loved that the umbrella had a smart device on it. I still have my Kisha, never lost it, and still looks brand new.

I bought Kisha umbrella some time ago and couldn't find my order #. They couldn't find me in their system even though I have an umbrella and I bought it from them. The first time there was a strong wind, the umbrella turned, and one of the metal tips broke off. Finally, I contacted them, and after back and forth about not being able to find my order, they just said they did not have spare parts and could not do anything. a terrible customer service, as well as a product that is not windproof despite their claim.

I have mixed feelings about Kisha Umbrellas. I placed an order in July of 2021. Beyond receiving an order confirmation, I heard nothing for months. Repeated email requests for status updates yielded no responses at all. I wasn't even sure the company was legit, because nobody ever got back to me. Then suddenly in October 2022 my shipment arrived. The umbrella looks great and seems very well made. I tried to use the QR code to download the mobile app, but it led to a "not found" error. Went into the app store and downloaded the app, then connected my umbrella. But I get no notifications when I'm away from my umbrella, so it seems that the Bluetooth feature doesn't actually work as advertised.

The company sent me the wrong umbrella. I’d wanted the collapsible umbrella to give to my daughter who was moving to the UK but instead they sent me he full-sized one which would not fit in our largest suitcase. When I tried to contact the company for help (email, phone and review), I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone and no one for back to me. The product seems to be well made, but as I said, it’s not the one I wanted. Very disappointed.

The delivery still hasn't arrived, despite DHL Express.

I can't even install the app to track the umbrella. Defeats the whole purpose, ended up sticking an airtag in the umbrella instead, makes more sense.

Still waiting for the second classic umbrella ordered and paid for July 1, 2021… Got an email after complaining that they were waiting on a shipment of pink umbrellas (August 6, 2021) and nothing since, despite emailing several times after that. Would not recommend doing business with them.
