Fake, I have no idea where those postive review came from.
I ordered Jet hose on March10th, and was informed it had shipped immediately. I received it April 6th. Meanwhile I have been badgered with more accessories.
So today, April 6th, I took out my cleaning supplies and got to work. Jet hose was NO MORE THAN MY REGULAR HOSE. It does move the water further. I am returning it IF POSSIBLE

BAD DEAL _ DO NOT BUY
BAD DEAL _ DO NOT BUY. Receivde tool and it was missing instructions in the box. It also was missing parts. I tried to get the instructions and parts from Jethose, but they just kept asking me to fill out questionaries. After trying the hose with what parts, I had I realized it did not work as advertised. I'm trying to return the tool and they will not give me an RMA number or an address to send it to. DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL. IT IS EXTREMLY CHEAPLY MADE AND DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTIZED. PLUS THEY HAVE YET TO HONOR THE 30 RETURNS PLOICY AND TELL ME I MUST PAY POSTAGE. I normally would not comment like this, but do not be fooled like me. This is not a good tool and is a cheaply made as possible.

The Jethose doesn't have enough water pressure to remove dirt from the stone slabs, as shown in the video. I've tested all the nozzles and am very disappointed with the results.

I have reached out to your customer…
I have reached out to your customer support in about 10 minutes after ordering jet hose and noticed that I’ve ordered 3 instead of one and was told that it is already too late to make any changes.
After I received 3 jet hoses (March 30, 2026) i got number of emails from the customer service, none provided return address and offering only 25% of the order value if I keep the hoses. That does not seem fair to me. Will not use this company again and will tell all my contacts about this difficult experience.
