WARNING!!! I would never use this company again. James had my headphones for months and months and never even attempted to repair them. He eventually sent them back and took nearly £50 for postage. What a rip off!!! Had to pay by BACS so can't even take it up with my credit card company.
My iPad Air 2 has been giving me problems so I telephoned Getitrepaired on Monday afternoon, Debbie, a very customer friendly lady, took my call and said she'd contact Craig who called me within 10 minutes and came round to our house at 17.30pm. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving and said he'd have to order some new parts which would fix the problem. He told me how much it would cost and I agreed the sum he quoted. 2 days later, he delivered the iPad which is now working perfectly. The service I received was exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Just had a screen replacement for son's iPhone 8 and must say that I'm very impressed with the level of service provided by Get it Repaired. The repair was done quickly and returned on the same day. I will definitely be back!
to be honest I cannot contact these people after sending my ipad to them on 16/01/2020
they have not returned it and as well as informing trading standards and police they still appear to be trading.
the phone is n/a too..try to phone them
beware
To be honest I was dubious about sending my iPad away, I really need not have been. The website is set up for super easy use, I called and spoke to Debbie who was amazingly customer centric. My iPad was returned within a week incredibly well packed fully fixed fully charged and raring to go. Craig had done a very conscientious job. I have no problems recommending Craig and “Get it Repaired” and would most definitely use them again.
First class service, they are local to our school and very competitive. Quality of repair is very high, we are very pleased with the quick work, which enables our students to use the equipment again!
I sent my Nexus 5 in last year to replace the audio jack after something broke off inside of it, becoming completely stuck.
The initial repair was swift and I had no issues until over a month ago. The audio becomes distorted, I lose audio in the left channel and I constantly have to fiddle around with the headphones in the audio jack to get proper sound or apply light pressure to the casing of my phone where it sits.
I tried to email them several times a month ago to ask how to go about getting it repaired/replaced under the 12 month warranty, but the emails kept getting returned. The support ticket system on the website wasn't working either so I had to call a premium rate number.
I was told to send my phone in, which I did last week on Friday, along with a copy of my original order and explanation of the problem.
I receive my phone back today and immediately test the audio with over 5 different sets of earphones and headphones to find that the audio is exactly the same as when I had sent it out!
I'm extremely disappointed considering the hassle of trying to get in touch with them and then paying again to send the phone out to them. There is no way for me to check what work has or hasn't been done and I no longer trust this company in regards to repairing my phone.

Nexus 7 sent in for new charging port. Item returned with charging port not replaced and in addition was told a new battery required. No paperwork sent with returned item and no way to tell if new battery fitted. The alleged work done cost more an half the price of a new machine. I am posting this now because after a few months of these alleged repairs I am unable to charge said item and it is more cost effective to buy a new item at £132.
Would never use or recommend this service to anyone. I expect I shall get the usual reply from them blaming me, the machine, or anything but their
offer to put things right free of charge.

Initially I was impressed with Get It Repaired, however I ended up very disappointed. I had my Nexus 5 screen replaced, very quickly I might add. However 3 weeks after receiving my repaired handset the screen touch detection failed.
Get It Repaired asked me to send the phone back, and they swapped the screen again for me. Again, recieved back very quickly and appeared fine. One week later this time, the screen fails again.
Upon contacting them again they seemed less helpful, asking me to send the device in for review (again another £5.90 posting) but couldn't promise they would fix it for me if I did.
It's fairly obvious that they have a slick system and turn the repairs around quickly - however seem unwilling to address the issues they have with non-genuine replacement parts. Would not use again for this reason.

Had new screen fitted to Galaxy S6Edge, had to returned it and its still not working. Been fobbed off with story about case magnetisation...
This is not the old getitrepaired.co.uk I used in the past, after researching it seems the business has recently been sold to new owners and not merely moved office as I was told over the phone by the new owner. So I sent my S6 Edge for a replacement screen repair, apart from the cracked screen the phone was in full working order, however when I received the phone from getitrepaired it would turn off as soon as I put it in the Samsung original flip case, also the back buttons were not working and nor was the mic/headphone socket so I contacted Craig and sent the phone back explaining the problems. After the phone was received by getitrepared.co.uk I received a short email saying that the case was the problem and was given some half-baked excuse about over magnetisation, I asked for clarification and received no reply, after researching this myself found no information relating to this problem, I am now sending the phone to an approved Samsung repair specialist. getitrepaierd also did not send me any email updates on the staus of the repair and no reference number, this was a great feature of the old getitrepaired. New owner using excuses to absolve himself of substandard work is very poor... so much for the 12month warranty...

I sent my Nexus 7 in due to the broken charging port. They were able to get it fixed within 3 days. I received a call update that informed me about what was done to fix it and was also given further advice, which I found reassuring. It was then sent back first thing next morning and works as normal again. Pleased I chose to use Get it Repaired and will use them again in the future if I need to.
You can trust Get it repaired with your phone not only did they do an outstanding job but I got my phone back ultra fast.
You may think this company are paying me to say this but on my kids life they are not.
They are outstanding a credit due where credits due.
You will not be disappointed trust me.
Get It Repaired fixed my Sony Xperia Z3 screen like new, which I sent off on the Tuesday and got back on Saturday. The phone is working perfectly again, you can trust them with your phone!

"We aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours "
This is a very wooly claim, both repairs took at least five days and there were no real apologies or anything in the way of customer service/ communications.
If you are looking for a top repair service I would go elsewhere

Can't comment on quality of repairs as didn't even get that far. Enquired about dropping iphone in for a replacement battery using their stated preferred method of contact (from their website Contact Us page: "The best way to contact us is by submitting a ticket on our support portal...") - ticket #QWQ-984-13880. This was on 6th September. Despite two further attempts to contact them via email / the ticket, no reply whatsoever (now 13th September). Contacted an alternative repairer, immediate response and replacement effected next day. As I said, can't comment on quality of repairs but quality of customer service non existent.

I wish all companies could be like this - faultless service. I've used them twice now. Rapid turnaround, great workmanship, and timely communication right the way through the process, so you know exactly where you are.
Read other reviews here then look no further. A smartphone is expensive but also business critical, Get It Repaired will ensure it gets back to you in the fastest time possible.
I chose Get It Repaired to replace the screen on my phone as they had excellent reviews. I sent the phone via Special Delivery and paid for the Queue Jump. I was never updated on the progress of the job, I had to call them every day to see where they were up to, even once I had my phone back (4 days after sending it) the website still said my order was being processed. On one occasion there was confusion about whether my phone had arrived with them and sadly I never really felt confident using this company. The new screen fits perfectly, but there is damage to the display that wasn't there when I sent the phone - a ripple on the screen which is really annoying. Also there's now an issue with the keypad and the letters down the right hand side, including the delete key, lack sensitivity making typing difficult. The phone actually worked better with the smashed screen than it does now. Won't be using this company again.

After dropping my Nexus 5 on concrete, it appeared that the screen had cracked, however after speaking to Craig from Get it Repaired he believed it was the digitiser that had cracked (perfect diagnostics over email).
I was very skeptical about this company, and with all these 5* reviews I became even more suspicious. However, the communication from the beginning was absolutely amazing and I posted the device Monday morning and received Wednesday morning with the device in perfect working order.
LG G3 Screen repair - item was received, fixed and dispatched same day.
First class service.
Sent my Nexus 5 for a screen repair after I'd smashed it. Fantastic service from start to finish from the quick and simple website, to the updates as my phone went through its repair to the speedy return (sent on Tuesday morning, back with me on Thursday afternoon)
I absolutely cannot fault this company and want to say thank you for doing a fine job at a good price, if you have any doubts about using these guys, don't. First class.
