Amazing customer service specially to Adam. He is a really good dealing with customer. I had issue with my equinox delivered late and damaged item as well but he managed to send me a replacement the next day. Only the downside is I paid for my order for next working day delivery but I didn’t get my order in the next working day. Overall still happy with Adam the way he sort out the issue.

ordered boxing day, and arrived on the 3rd of january (about a week later) which really isn't bad considering it's a relatively small company and they were probably on holiday for most of that time....

I wanted a flight case with a main cable access. After researching and searching I found four models with spec information confirming main cable access. I couldn't find the specific information. So I thought it would be best to call around to get the information I needed.
First on the list was GET IN THE MIX. I spoke to someone who assured me that they would check even if they had to open up the box and someone would call me back. Two days later I made a second call. Different person this time. the man who answered the phone told me " No way do they make flight cases without main cable access as this would cause cable damage eventually".

He was right about the cable damage but wrong about flight cases made without a main cable access. He told me he would call a person at the distribution center to find out. He then came back and confirmed that the Magma Rane One flight case defiantly had a main cable access. I did explain I did not want the inconvenience of receiving the wrong item. Having no luck trying to get through to other suppIers I went with Get In The Mix.

I payed for next day delivery and I received the item a week later with no refund or so much as a phone call.

when the flight case arrived I immediately checked for the cable access and it was not there. it only had the cable access for the laptop, no main cable access.

I am really annoyed that Get In The Mix sold me a flight case knowing it had no cable access desperate for the sale, hoping that I would just keep it.

I ended up keeping it to see sell on as it was a headache dealing with Get In The Mix and receiving the flight case. I didn't want any more inconvenience, time wasting, lies and headaches.

So a big thanks to Get In The Mix for selling me a item I didn't want, even though I made the call to check before purchase.

I will never purchase anything from your store again. I would also advise people to be very cautious of purchasing anything from Get In The Mix

I do not want a reply from anyone from Get In The Mix either as there is no logical explanation for this drama show.
