Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD. Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to do list just not cutting it? Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.

Despite cancelling my free trial, and even receiving an email to confirm this was the case - they have charged me £89.99 FOUR TIMES. I am now down £359.96 for an app I never even used. Awful. Avoid.

I had a look at Inflow. I'm sure I unsubscribed immediately after "free trial test", but they charged me for 3 months before I realised and requested a refund. Inflow doesn't send you a confirmation of your "so called subscription"...it just takes money out monthly. They did refund one month fee but said they don't refund more than 28 days. Beware! This is about money not helping people with ADHD.

Great resource for late-diagnosis adults
There are a ton of resources out there for children and parents of children with ADHD and there's a lot of low quality info out there. This the single most reliable (and reasonably priced) resource I've found for someone like me who knows basic adult tasks (use a calendar) but it trying to up their game in terms of knowledge and skills. I really appreciate they even reminded me that my 1 week free trial was ending soon. Once I started using the co-working sessions and community, I got a ton more out of this app. I am not a 'joiner' but the community resources are great particularly for someone like me who is in school and struggling to structure time on difficult and not 'fun' tasks.
I deducted a star as I think their pricing is kind of confusing. When I first signed up I was paying rather a high amount for a month's trial. When I went into the apple app store, I found a WIDE range of pricing tiers, many of which were repetitive and not clearly differentiated. I think I'd been paying for a higher tier but unaware of any supposed benefits to that tier. Inflow is hardly the only app with this problem, but it's an area for improvement. Still, I may use this app for a year or more. By comparison, I paid several hundred dollars for an ADHD coach and I feel like I get as much or more from Inflow.

I thoroughly enjoy my time with inflow. The only downside - I wish we could reset our modules. I've gone through all of the modules, well minus 2. I'd like to go back and relisten to past modules and be able to take better notes.
Join the coworking sessions! Jennica and Callie have a great space.

The co-working sessions are so so helpful! Finally able to get hard things started. The tips really help get out of my head.

I recently signed up to check out the APP and doing so by using the free access period. After I was done checking out the APP I quickly cancelled the subscription long before the time window ran out as I then would be paying a lot of money for it. This morning i woke up to $120 GONE from my account. I have reached out and waiting for an answer as I would very much like to be refunded. This is not okay. I will give an update. Remember DO NOT sign up, they most likely charge you either way….!

Contacted multiple times for a refund as I could not cancel with no response.

I absolutely love Callie & Jennica, their focus rooms are great! Callie’s Sunday Setup is a game changer! The modules in the app are wonderful too!

I have been a member for a few months and it's a game-changer for me! I immediately jumped in to the live coworking and weekly set-up sessions, and they are KEY to keeping me motivated and accountable! In the past I've spent weeks at a time not getting stuff done, yet with Inflow I can wake up completely foggy and unmotivated, and within 20 minutes I find myself jumping in on the daily tasks. I'm on medical leave, so I have no external motivators to get stuff done. (Note: It takes a bit to get used to the app, as there's not a website per se. Don't let this be a barrier. You'll figure it out - email them if you need help!) This community is full of compassionate, like-minded people. It's positive and encouraging. There are people from all over the world, men and women. You can participate as much or as little as you want, but you still get the benefits. I have recommended this program to everyone. My husband even joins me now for the weekly set-up sessions to help us get organized for the week ahead! I get the sense the company is growing, and they are so open to feedback. I made a small comment that they immediately addressed the next session! The group leaders are awesome, and give amazing advice (from experience) between breaks. I haven't done the modules, but I've been told they're great. Those are next on the list. Lastly, the price is steep, but I consider this like "medicine". I need it to do life - I probably get 10x much done, and that's not an exaggeration. It's worth it, and is part of my budget now. They do have a scholarship which I was awarded - and which was so helpful!

Inflow is an app that provides text modules to learn about ADHD, access to many webinar learning modules (>100) on ADHD topics, and online co-working sessions 6 days per week, between 2-7 hours per day. I believe it also can refer you to medication management and individual coaches, but I haven't used those features.
Pros:
1) really wonderful, supportive team and community
2) useful content for those newly diagnosed
3) Very inexpensive for the amount of support that is provided (esp live groups)
Cons:
1) It would be nice to have more new content provided, especially webinars

The live co-working sessions, focus room, and Sunday set ups have been a major game changer for me. The moderators are incredible, supportive, resourceful and knowledgeable. I keep going to in flow because of the live sessions. They have become part of my support system.

I installed it, used it a little during the trial, but never got into the habit. My fault. It seemed ok. And then they took £159, which I signed up for on the understanding that they’d refund this if it accidentally happened and was unwanted. Except they haven’t replied to repeated emails.

Ripped off. Never used it. Charged 69.99. No idea what this is.

I’ve had mixed experiences with GetInflow. While the app provides valuable ADHD resources and supportive coworking sessions, communication with their support team has been challenging. Refund issues took a while to resolve, but I appreciate the learning tools, structure, and community they offer. Overall, a helpful tool for personal growth, despite some setbacks. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The live events have CHANGED MY LIFE!
Jennica and Callie have been so influential in my late diagnosis journey and I can't express enough how valuable the inFlow live events are.

I'm impressed. I struggle A LOT to focus when working because of my ADHD (nothing new, since I was a child). I started the free trial 14 days (or 7, I don't remember...) "knowing" that I would cancel because I don't like spending money on apps. But this trial made me think it twice (well, first I forgot to cancel and when they charged me they told me that I could ask a refund, but I decided to give it a chance). It's changing my relationship with my ADHD and not hating it or blaming myself. It's not a one week change for sure, but I'm putting on order my whole life (and I haven't been late anywhere for a long period). Also working with the acountabillity zoom calls makes me work harder than ever and less tired! I'm in love with the whole comunity. Thank you so much.
