Almost Excellent
The themes are very good, but I have sometimes encountered problems getting them to work. Although the themes are good, they are not very diverse; they tend to be mainly agency style themes etc. maybe with time we will see some more variety. (e.g. I need a B&B and theme, and nothing really answers to this).
Where I feel a bit let down is a lack of responsiveness from customer service. I don't want to be unduly negative, as the themes are excellent, but there are gaps, and unless customer service is able to help, one is left a little to fend for oneself. I would actually say 3 stars, just because I am spending too much time with installation problems, but I feel with a little tweaking they can be 5 star, so 4 stars probably fair I think.
