I'm loving it. Wish I could afford more. I've been a smoker since I was 18. I'm 64 now and lost my husband 5 years ago. So I'm now on a very tight budget. Problem addressed
I was refused my store credit and my points and charged full price for my order even though I chose to use them.
After losing the shipment that I was charged full price for, and many emails back & forth, a replacement shipment was sent out. It finally arrived today, Nov. 3rd.
Thank you for the attention to this matter.

Shipping error easily resolved
UPS claimed that I rejected the package but I never received it. Happy Hemp was great and reshipped the item as soon as I reached out. I have been using them for 10 years and will continue to do so.

I placed my first order the other day
I placed my first order the other day. The website doesn't say how many gummies are in a jar. It was $26 and I only received 5 gummies. What a rip-off.
Maybe happyhemp should review its own website. Some of the gummies do indeed show the number, but many don't. If I had known they were charging $26 for 5 gummies, I never would have made the purchase.

Great Cbd Salve w/Arnica; Slow shipping
The product I purchased, CBD Muscle Salve w/Arnica, 1000 mg, is fantastic. It went to work immediately after rubbing the salve into my back, and the pain was gone for hours after less than 10 minutes had passed. Customer service is generally good, too, but shipping was REALLY slow. It took 11 days to get the jar from OK to VT.
