I recently discovered two unexpected charges of approximately 32 USD each from your company on my credit card, even though I had not knowingly authorized these transactions. After contacting customer support, I was informed that one of the amounts would be refunded, but there was no mention of the second identical charge. This has been frustrating, as I have had to spend time and effort investigating the matter, contacting my bank, and following up with your team to recover my funds. That being said, I would like to acknowledge that Eric from your team was very helpful and professional during our interaction, which I truly appreciate. I hope both transactions can be resolved promptly so I can put this issue behind me.
