My first reaction was, wow, this really works! It quickly challenged me to create more complex question structures, which gave me much more and richer input. Now it helps my potential clients find their way through my offer, making their expectations more realistic and significantly increasing my customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend the FormFlow tool. It's something that is really great, minimalistic, does what it's supposed to do. It shows abandoned forms. It's very easy to click through. It really works right out of the gate. Additionally, the lifetime plan does the job.

Before Formflow, I struggled to build points-based tests, trigger webhooks from the total score, and split paths based on specific answers. Most tools made this far more complicated than it should be.

Formflow solved it fast. The visual builder is easy to use, score-based actions and conditional paths are straightforward. It does what it promises and saves time—highly recommended for advanced form logic without the headache

First of all, this is truly an amazing product and once I had to use it, it became one of my favorite apps at that moment as it was easy to create forms and integrate into my sites. Add great customer support and new updates that really make an impact and you have a solid contender in this arena.

I appreciate several things about FormFlow. 1. There's a low price for lifetime access to improvements, not a subscription. 2. I can make an infinite number of forms that have an infinite number of questions - no limits! 3. The staff are responsive and willing to listen to suggestions for improvements/wish list items. 4. The form builder is relatively intuitive and easy (I have sent some wish list items to them for things I'd like to see changed.) 5. It's easy to link your FormFlow forms to your website.

I gave FormFlow 4 stars because there is room for improvement, as is to be expected from a startup. As I said, I have sent them several ideas for things that would increase the site's usefulness and improve my experience - time will tell how quickly/if those will get implemented. And the site is a bit rough around the edges in terms of documentation depth and spelling/grammar.

FormFlow is legitimate! Much better option than type form. Great alternative to Jott form as well responsive customer service, and flexible use cases available! Either of the executives engage with customers for support? Looking for a form builder? Get in the flow! Formflow!.

Easy to use form builder with conditional logic (if you know what that is). When I say easy to use, it’s intuitive and if you’re not sure where to start there are lots of all ready made sample forms available to use

I was not 100% sure that is this a scam or for real. With such a little price but doing what I need? I signed up and tried it, it actually work! It do all the task I asked and I dont have to pay the other company monthly subscription fees anymore. Also Jason is awesome! He answer my emails!

I have been able to efficiently get data from clients, directing them as we require.

so easy to use, able to fully customise my build without coding experience. the visual layout and click-n-drag aspect makes it super user-friendly. Customer service was very prompt and helpful too, and the chatbot answered a lot of questions before needing to get to that stage.
