GetDismissed was a complete waste of money. They charged $129 and all they did was auto‑fill a Trial by Declaration form that anyone can do for free on the court website. They don’t go to court, don’t submit anything for you, and don’t actually “handle everything” like they claim. They are not lawyers & do not defend you in court. Be aware most of their positive reviews are paid. Read the negative reviews & you will see a pattern. All have the same complaint. They also trick you into a membership & will charge your card without authorization each year. Stay away from these money grabbers! They do nothing to help you!

It’s not worth it , you could do it on your own it’s not easy at all. I have to drive to court you have to send paperwork certified you have to write a check for $286 to the courts I wasted $198. I’m a disabled person low income if you are disabled person don’t do it bad experience no communication they are NOT LAWYERS !!!! Maybe for other people work but not for me I did it on my own. I went to court in front of the judge. It was a lot cheaper doing it that way. I am glad my credit card company refund me the money.

I assumed this company will do all the work for u but they don’t, they prepare the paperwork and u send it yourself. I asked for a refund and they said I signed a contract….do not use this company, use someone who will appear in court for u and handle everything for u. I paid $168

I got 3 tickets in the past two years,they were all dismissed by getdismissed!

I had a speeding ticket for 95 mph and decided to give Get Dismissed a shot. Didn’t think it would actually get dismissed… but it did. Case cleared, no points, no fine. Super easy process and 100% worth it. I’d use them again without hesitation.

My experience with them. was that they let you know step by step on how to defend your case, show you that it's not as bad as it seem's, is more simple then what you think.

Another company I used for going thru red light but it was yellow was guilty but I called them and they told me to ask for a court date to fight it

This a bad experience, I changed my mind about using there services & the told me, I could not get a refund.. so please be aware about there services..

I got my traffic ticket, then one of my friend recommended me GetDismiised because their ticket were dismissed. I emailed GetDismiised right away and they gave me a quick response and helped me with the process. Their customer service is great, very accomodating. I appreciate how fast they worked on my paper. The experience with GetDismissed is very simple. Answer the questionnaire, they mail you the documents, follow their steps and that’s it!

I've used them a couple of times and so far they have 100% rate of success on my end. I have not been disappointed at all. The process is easy and fast. They are very professional. I highly recommend this service to anyone to give it a try. Obviously they can't promise you a dismissed case but they definitely help make it easier. Don't use those $300 ticket attorneys because they are rude and have a horrible success rate. You will end up paying almost double the ticket.
