It lasted like a minute

It lasted like a minute. I thought it was going to be 10 minutes explaining me more on medication for the $45 tele consult. But overall exited in trying Contrave !

Very easy

Very easy. Was skeptical if this was real but after some research I believe it is the real
Deal. The sign up and appointment was very simple. The doctor was extremely nice.

This was a very easy process

This was a very easy process. I took off one star because twice I had to reach out to Customer Service to address an issue. The first was a promo code I received but wasn’t able to enter because there was no place to enter the code during checkout-but they refunded me the difference quickly and with no issue. The second was trying to understand how my insurance benefit worked. In both instances I had to take extra steps that a better checkout process and faster communication would’ve resolved. Both times I reached out I got excellent, quick service.

The process was smooth

The process was smooth. I did have one hiccup where Dr. couldn’t connect and my phone number must have been wrong. Customer service help me figure out what happen and correct it. They rescheduled me. Dr. Sahar was very thorough with his assessment. He was easy to talk too. He was very empathetic.

The ease and convenience of completing…

The ease and convenience of completing the application online was great. However, the demand of certain info before allowing moving forward on application was not so good. For instance I couldn't remember exact dates for using Contrave (start and finish) but there was no room allowing an explanation.

Pleasantly surprised and happy to try this service

The process is a little slow. I have a unique situation because I am transitioning from an injection to oral treatment for maintenance more so than actively trying to lose more weight. My medical history restricts the use of all other oral alternatives that are currently available. My prescription coverage for my current injectable is ending. I wasn't required to speak to a provider, but I would have appreciated the opportunity to do so. Regardless, the platform's ability to collect all of my medical history was very effective and easy to complete. Because the prescription approval process wasn't immediate, I feel much more confident about the integrity of the program and the provider. Based on the outcome, I believe the process moving slowly is justified and it is not something I would complain about. I simply believe a personal interaction would have been informative and helpful to understand how long the process is expected to take
