I was very reluctant
I was very reluctant about getting the car tablet for my 2011 Mazda Miata. I’ve installed it with ease a week ago and still learning some functions. I’m very pleased with its performance to date and looking forward on learning more as I use it with car play with my IPhone. Not disappointed so far.

great device, great customer service
I have had a great experience with this device and a great experience the few times I've needed customer service. The alternative (for my vehicle) was a very expensive audio system "transplant", but this device saved me from needing that (and the few clarifications I got from customer service made the experience very smooth!)

Customer Service was beyond expected. I had nothing but a thorough, understanding and caring experience all with timely and genuine responses. Even though I didn't even end up needing or using the car tablet product, I would purchase again just based on the customer service.

Bracket on the window adaptor is loose
Bracket on the window adaptor is loose. I bought 2 of these. Same thing on both. Also one of them doesn’t connect to my phone no matter how many times I try.

Anchorage is adequate unless off roading or camping.
Shipping 2nd CarTablet for me. Also glad a 10M cable and Rear Camera is available. I did not want to anchor the tablet to the dash using screws. The mount to the windshield will work for most vehicles. I added a velcro strip due to road conditions causing slipage of unit. I have seen an attachment which will use the CD Disc slot as the anchor and video seems to show it works.

Work van office
I was planning on adding a new radio in my2015 Chevy work van with car play and dash cam. Stumbled into to an add on Facebook about the car Tablet .Truthfully I thought it was a scam nothing you buy off of Facebook or anywhere does what it claims.This item exceeded my needs and will recommend .The dashboard camera and CarPlay are great.

So far, it's the purchase of 2026 for me!
I purchased the Car Tablet for a one of my cars, a 2006 Infiniti with Bluetooth but no CarPlay, etc. I was a little skeptical at how well it might work, but the display is large and clear, and the price was very good. I received emails about the shipping status - a nice touch - and the item arrived quickly. Installation was a piece of cake. The hardest decision was exactly where to display it, but once I figured that out, everything went together. The windshield holder is secure, and I've really enjoyed how well the tablet works. To be fair, I don't use it for the camera, as I have a separate camera in the car. And though I have both an iPhone and Android, I only have the iPhone connected, so that I can also listen to music that's on that phone. The music sounds great - the connection is flawless, and I haven't had it drop once.
This is a very clever item, and seems to be solid and well-built. It has turned into a terrific purchase, even much better than I thought it would be. And it's fun to have this car operate now like my others that already have CarPlay.
If you're on the fence about whether you want/need this, trust me - you do. You won't be sorry!

The customer service took care of me they are really great I own a really long truck and the back up camera cable was too small,once I inquired about a longer cable they responded quickly and got me a longer one.

IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE MY MAPS AND MUSIC IN SIGHT. ONE THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS WHEN YOU SET THE LIGHTING TO AUTO IT DOESN'T ADJUST TO NIGHT DRIVING, HAD TO GO BACK AND SET TO NIGHT MANUALLY. OTHER T5HAN THAT IT MAD MY TRIP A LOT MORE ENJOYABLE. I COULD EVEN HEAR MY TEXTS AND RESPOND BY VOICE.
